The Front desk was very polite and accommodating and went above and beyond to look for the best deal since my mother was still waiting for her insurance card and were very generous that they offer to charge her insurance after she receives her card for todays visit. After filling out paperwork , she immediately went in to being seen by the Most Humble, Caring, Loving, Wonderful Doctor Brian. He was very pleasant the whole time I didn't feel like he treated us like patients. I really felt that he treated us like part of his family. Dr. Brian was super nice and was In no rush to get us out of there. This has been the best experience EVER! I highly recommend Dr Brian. If you're feeling pain please I encourage you to make an appointment go in and see him as soon as possible. My mother was Extremely happy with with her experience. We will definitely be back! He provided me with exercises to do at home, which made a huge difference in my progress. The office is very nice and clean with ample parking and friendly and helpful staff. My wife has been seeing Michael for about a month and this is her first time going to physical therapy. I work with a lot of talented physical therapists, and my good friend and co-founder of Clinicient Jerry Henderson researched clinics in Portland to give my wife the recommendation of Portland Sports Medicine and Spine Physical Therapy. He chose them based on their background in the McKenzie spine techniques of manual therapy that are evidence based and provide results that have not only freed her from pain, but started the restoration of function after only a few visits. We have been elated with the results. From the initial experience of setting an appointment, to the reception by the front office staff, to the handling of our somewhat challenging insurance provider (United Healthcare), to the outcomes my wife has experienced, our experience has been nothing short of AMAZING. She injured her back and shoulder and was practically immobilized from the pain. She went to a chiropractor and massage therapists, and while those offered temporary relief from the pain, they did not address the core issues. Michael took the time to understand my wife's injury and did everything he could to fit her into a VERY busy schedule including making early morning appointments available and using his lunch break to treat her. He spends a full hour in hands on therapy and is focused on her goals and needs. This kind of service is rare in an era of declining reimbursement and insurance hassles. Michael is truly patient focused and skilled at what he does and the results speak to that. If you are having pain and think you have to live with it, think again! Find a therapist like Michael who is a true professional and focused on the needs of the client! This is the best experience ever and you won't regret it!

Reading about her, I was happy to see that she specializes in car-accidents, etc. I made my first appointment. I've worked with a few Cranial Sacral therapist from many different schools, but not yet from the Ortho-Bionomy® and Cranial Sacral Therapy developed by British Osteopath Arthur Lincoln Pauls in the 1970s. Very cool :) a new approach. I was up for the experience. I've been is so many car accidents, my healthcare team said that my case is very complex, which puts me on the long term path to healing. I really loved my first session with Elizabeth. She sensed that the damage to my body from a car accident back in college was the place to start. I could feel the energy shifting through different parts of my body as she worked on me. The next morning I woke up with markedly less pressure in my head. I have now slept very deeply for 2 nights. Humm... this is great! I'm looking forward to future sessions with Elizabeth Mixon.

After my first appointment with her, I was hooked. I have never worked with a more caring, genuine therapist, ever. She is very attentive to your pains and seems to find the areas that are bothering you most without any direction. When you have a history of back and hip troubles AND you're pregnant, massage can be a life saver. Elizabeth has worked with me since my first trimester (I'm now in my third) and I can honestly say that she's the only reason I'm able to get comfortable enough to sleep most nights. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone - no matter how severe your pain. She's a true healer and I've seen so much improvement thanks to her.
