Therefore it was unprofessional and like pulling teeth. Next the state contacted me because of the double billing . Apparently I was not the only patient who was billed more than once and incorrectly as well. Never received an apology never anything. Just nasty looks and he was so unprofessional once he knew the ' mistakes ' were uncovered my moi . He just made me leave by not filling my prescriptions on time. Claiming he was sorry he forgot to take care of patients before he takes off on another vacation ! Don't get me started on his narcissism. It knows no bounds . So no naming names. I don't do that . He listened so well to me and even told me he wasn't 100% sure about my issues but gave me steps to see how he could help or refer me to a specialist (honesty). He took the time to actually sit and listen to me vs the other doctor who just prescribed me a pill after 2mins of talking to me. He made it worse! Dr. Goelst gave me two treatments to try and it worked. The atmosphere is updated and efficient, I was happy with the staff, and they were on time! Appointments are well space and Covid precautions are rigorously observation. If you are anti mask, anti courtesy this might not be the Clinic for you! They are very good out their way to accommodate the hearing impaired. The staff is a team! I hate going to the Doctor, but Doctor Benjamin Brody MD is a good man, you can't ask for more. He cares and my quality of life has been much improved. Get Vaccinated, you don't want Covid, they got me through it and I am very appreciative!

When we talked about the issues she prescribed supplements and treatments, which began to heal my body. In 30 days at my next appointment, I was better and she could see I was better. What I have learned is that the supplements are there for me and I have to take them as prescribed to experience the results. And keep taking them them as prescribed to heal my body. I don't care about your personal beliefs. You're supposed to be a professional. Can't believe how unnecessarily rude she was the whole time. I told them to never schedule me with her again. she's the worst!! Honestly she shouldn't be working in health care. Totally seems like the "Angel of Death" type. js.
