Bought a shirt for my 8 year old son from DICKS Sporting goods for a baseball game. This shirt had the puffer material on it, loved the design but after 1 wash the shirt is completely ruined. The puffer material completely washed off and shirt was ruined with with the black dye that rubbed off the material. Dicks stated they could not help with the product due to it being worn and washed and to contact the manufacturer. After emailing Mitchell and Ness they were completely no help with assisting me with getting a refund or even some type of credit. I would never purchase another product from that is from this brand just because of this 1 purchase. $40 dollars for a shirt that my son only got to wear one time is ridiculous. read more

Mitchell and Ness I thought I wrote a review for the first shirt I purchased sold by Mitchell and Ness. It was purchased as a gift for a friend. I thought it was well made and it cost a pretty penny. My daughter just purchased a women's lightweight 2025 Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Championship long sleeve sweatshirt. It's made in Viet Nam (which I'm not saying is a bad thing) and the quality appears to be lacking considering the price. After she washes and wears it a few times I'll let you know if it holds up. I'm indecisive so I'm giving 3 Stars for my past experience. read more

I should have come to the reviews first. How do you mix up an order for a Steve Kerr Chicago bulls Jersey and send me a Tennessee Oilers jersey. I should have known to order from the NBA store. I guess what happened here is that your employee stole the jersey that was supposed to be sent to me and replaced it with a brand new NFL jersey thinking I would just except it. I bought from online store. BEWARE I got my dad a jersey for Christmas. the tissue paper it came in adhered to the rubber sleeves and left a complete mess . Horrible online shopping experience. Not much information on the fit, so I went with a previous shirt I owned from Mitchell & Ness as a reference. The fit wasn't even close when it arrived. It felt a whole size smaller. Paid for shipping to receive and return the product, which was a waste of $20 in itself. They don't even handle refunds directly. I still haven't received my refund. The worst online company I've dealt with. Horrific customer service and retail operation. A good portion of their products are actually not available to purchase so a fews weeks later you receive an email saying it's not in stock. But they don't actually remove the unavailable items from their website in order to continue to drive traffic. They also make you pay for returns even though they are at fault. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Mitchell & Ness. I ordered a San Francisco 49ers hoodie and the quality was terrible with thin material, cheap feel, and absolutely not worth the price. I've bought better quality hoodies for a fraction of the cost. To make it worse, I paid more for shipping than the actual product, which already felt ridiculous. When I tried to return it, I was charged $15 just to return the item to a location that was literally 5 miles away from me. On top of that, they don't allow walk-ins, which feels intentional so customers are forced to pay extra return fees. Overall, this company overcharges, delivers poor-quality products, and makes returns as inconvenient and expensive as possible. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be ordering from Mitchell & Ness again. read more

Buyer Beware! Ordered two hats. Found better elsewhere after ordering. paid $10 shipping, and just to stick it to me, I had to jump through hoops just to get "return authorization" by having to fill out a return form asking for sku #'s one of which was unattainable due to the product being out of stock. No details given on the products page. Finally I'm emailed a 'return authorization" number just so they will credit the form of payment with the cost of both items. in the end I'm out $10 shipping and $9 to return. $19 out of pocket. do not give this company your hard earned money. So I visited right before the Christmas Holiday. Mitchell and Ness had always been an "experience." Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed that the store had moved to a new location and that there was less visible merchandise to shop. The merchandise is top notch and so was the customer service the day I visited and I wish the store better success in the future. Mitchell & Ness is complete trash and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered my NHL team hoodie from them for $52.50 plus $10.00 for S&H. When it arrived in the mail, the tag on the inside was a size smaller than what I ordered and it didn't fit. I contacted them and explained what had happened and they said sorry and I should send it back but I would need to repurchase the hoodie again but they raised the price of the hoodie up to $75.00. When I said I wanted it to be an even exchange because M&N was at fault and sent me the wrong size so I shouldn't get penalized for that they said to bad and wouldn't stand behind their product and wouldn't stand behind their company! Purchased a new jersey and it came with a black spot on the white jersey number. I tried to exchange it for the same jersey, preferably one without a black spot. They refused to do return or exchange. If you order from them, expect poor quality and then don't expect them to offer any customer service. That way you won't be disappointed. I have been a customer for over two decades and I have to say the customer service has dropped so bad that I am done with them. Such a difference on how they treat customers now compared to the past. I don't understand how they list a # for help, but it does not work. Sizing has become an issue along with the wait for someone to answer your email. Very frustrating. read more

I've been a customer of Mitchell & Ness for over 20 years. The lack of customer service the company shows is horrible. You simply can't get a hold of any help. It's taken weeks to get any answers on a simple order that was returned to sender. How is that even possible in today's age? The company clearly doesn't prioritize their customers' needs -- it's just bad business. The blatant disregard to help customers is so bad/laughable I'll no longer support Mitchell & Ness. My family and friends have had to leave the store early as they feel like they're dying. I should have read the reviews before ordering a jersey from this company. I ordered the jersey on a Tuesday before noon pst and paid $45 dollars for next day delivery. I wanted to wear it to a game I was leaving for a Thursday before noon. The jersey did not arrive until Thursday at 6:00pm pst. Too late! Reading the reviews, I'm lucky it arrived in good shape. The recording suggested that I email them as they did not have customer service available by phone. I have sent two emails and received no reply back from the company! When I purchased the jersey it was indicated the shipment would be here before Christmas. I also checked the online confirmation status. The website stated they are still processing the order. Traveled from Indiana to Arlington Texas for a Cowboys game last fall. While there I purchased a throwback Deion Sanders jersey from the 90s Cowboys teams to join my collection in the closet. Over the remainder of the season, I wore the jersey twice, washed on gentle and hung to dry. Upon attempting to wear at the third time, I noticed that small areas of the stripes in numbers was peeling loose. I contacted the company who told me they could do nothing for me and told me to contact the store that I purchased it from, who asked me to come in, except it's 1000 miles away, and they said they would have their manager or a company representative get back with me, no one ever did. This was a $300 jersey. I've had better quality from eight dollar Walmart shirts. After third washing, stripes were 75% un-adhered. I will not purchase from this company again and I would highly recommend you think twice. Absolute rip off. read more
