I purchased an Eagles shirt and, unfortunately, ripped the tags off before realizing there was an issue. The shirt was NEVER worn. I noticed that the "Mitchell & Ness" tag was already peeling off, so I called the store and spoke with Mike. I explained the situation to him and what had happened. I also went into the store in person, and Mike confirmed that he knew I had been there two weeks ago and that I had returned again today. Despite being aware of the situation, he stated that there was nothing he could do about it. I find this response extremely disappointing, especially considering the shirt was never worn and the issue appears to be a product quality defect. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation is being handled. When you spend good money on a product, you expect the quality to match the price, and when there is a problem, you expect the company to stand behind what it sells. Instead, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue and have been met with no meaningful assistance. The customer service at this store needs MAJOR improvement. A customer should not have to make multiple trips to the store over a defective product and still be told that nothing can be done. I expected better customer service and a reasonable effort to resolve this issue. I would appreciate this matter being addressed appropriately and a satisfactory resolution being offered. read more

Cool Mitchell & Ness Flagship store in the heart of Philly... Stopped by while in town during MLB All Star Week to check out what they had. A lot of retro and new items.. jerseys, t-shirts, caps, etc. Nice assortment across the of sports teams - baseball, football, basketball, etc. They also have youth sizes too. The store has 3 levels... only able to visit to the 2nd level though. Of course all the retro jerseys are a couple hundred...depends what one is looking for. They bats, baseballs and more. Customer service is trash. Why are there phone numbers, if they just send you to using the contact email on the website which leads to the slowest of responses? I ordered an authentic Yankees Mariano Rivera jersey. Never had an issue with things before, so I hung it up in the closet until the Yankees came in town. Went to put it on and realized the name label was on the inside. No big deal, but I went to look online at the picture of what I ordered and realized that I don't have the Cooperstown patch. Well slow customer responded to an email and said the name was supposed to be on the inside. Ok, no problem with that. However, no one has yet to respond to why the Cooperstown patch is not there. I don't care how slow things are, I will not be essentially waited out by the non customer service skills. We pay good money for these products and they need to do their part. Can we get a product and pay months later, no. So it is not right that you take our money and drag out responding when we have issues. I will email and I will call whatever numbers I can, even if it is corporate offices and those in charge at the top. Mitchell and Ness I thought I wrote a review for the first shirt I purchased sold by Mitchell and Ness. It was purchased as a gift for a friend. I thought it was well made and it cost a pretty penny. My daughter just purchased a women's lightweight 2025 Florida Panthers Stanley Cup Championship long sleeve sweatshirt. It's made in Viet Nam (which I'm not saying is a bad thing) and the quality appears to be lacking considering the price. After she washes and wears it a few times I'll let you know if it holds up. Website advertised a sale on items. Order was placed for the items and then cancelled 10+ days later stating that the items were out of stock. The items are still in stock and never were out of stock. The company pulled a classic rug pull on all customers trying to purchase their on sale items. Their excuse of having only a limited number available for the sale does not make sense. It's 2026, what company doesn't have an inventory tracker that displays when items are running low or have sold out? Seems to me, and others that are complaining of the same issue on Reddit, that the company listed these items accidentally or are regretting the price they listed them for. read more

the worst return experience of any online retailer I've used the past few years. I will never shop with them again. Had to go to the post office to get a shipping label, when I happily would have accepted a reduction in my refund to be able to print one at home. No communication from them at any point, nothing to confirm receiving my return, nothing to say my refund was being processed. 22 days later after my return was delivered to them (16 business days), my refund still has not posted to my bank account. Bought a shirt for my 8 year old son from DICKS Sporting goods for a baseball game. This shirt had the puffer material on it, loved the design but after 1 wash the shirt is completely ruined. The puffer material completely washed off and shirt was ruined with with the black dye that rubbed off the material. Dicks stated they could not help with the product due to it being worn and washed and to contact the manufacturer. After emailing Mitchell and Ness they were completely no help with assisting me with getting a refund or even some type of credit. I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Mitchell & Ness. I ordered a San Francisco 49ers hoodie and the quality was terrible with thin material, cheap feel, and absolutely not worth the price. I've bought better quality hoodies for a fraction of the cost. To make it worse, I paid more for shipping than the actual product, which already felt ridiculous. When I tried to return it, I was charged $15 just to return the item to a location that was literally 5 miles away from me. On top of that, they don't allow walk-ins, which feels intentional so customers are forced to pay extra return fees. Overall, this company overcharges, delivers poor-quality products, and makes returns as inconvenient and expensive as possible. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed that the store had moved to a new location and that there was less visible merchandise to shop. The merchandise is top notch and so was the customer service the day I visited and I wish the store better success in the future. Mitchell & Ness is complete trash and have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered my NHL team hoodie from them for $52.50 plus $10.00 for S&H. When it arrived in the mail, the tag on the inside was a size smaller than what I ordered and it didn't fit. I contacted them and explained what had happened and they said sorry and I should send it back but I would need to repurchase the hoodie again but they raised the price of the hoodie up to $75.00. When I said I wanted it to be an even exchange because M&N was at fault and sent me the wrong size so I shouldn't get penalized for that they said to bad and wouldn't stand behind their product and wouldn't stand behind their company! You can only email customer service and the return process is extremely complicated.
