Wes Parker - State Farm Insurance Agent in Longmont CO - is the Gold Standard for a State Farm…read moreAgency. He is an owner / agent who provides exceptional insurance coverage and protection, claim support, and overall outstanding customer service to his clients. My wife and I first introduced ourselves to Wes via a telephone call, as we were relocating from another state to Colorado in 2017. From that very first conversation we had with Wes to obtain renters insurance for our Colorado apartment, we knew we picked a winner with Wes. The policy was quickly issued and provided to our new landlord. He then wrote new policies for our vehicles, umbrella liability, and anything else we needed to transition smoothly to our new home state with the proper insurance coverage. When we arrived in Longmont, we had the pleasure of meeting Wes and his amazing staff in person. Wes took time out of his busy schedule to welcome us to Longmont and we knew then that we made the right decision to transfer all of our polices to his office. Wes is a well-educated professional who is personable and highly knowledgeable in his field (a recognized experienced expert in his field). Wes staffs his office with consummate professionals who are knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant, and have their clients best interest s in mind. We recently relocated (again) out-of-state and we wish we could have taken Wes and his Team with us. He worked closely with our new agent's office to assure seamless transfer of all of our policies. We highly recommend anyone in Longmont. CO who is considering a new insurance agent or wants to change agencies to contact Wes and schedule a visit with him to discuss ALL of your insurance needs.

Delayed the cancellation forms and finalizing the cancellation took over a month?! She has taken the time to review all my insurance policies periodically, suggesting additional coverages that I might need, or changes that would reduce my premium. She also spent time talking to me about life insurance, something I didn't want to talk about, but I am glad that she did. She wrote a policy on a family member who later died, and having the insurance to pay for his funeral and other expenses helped tremendously at such a terrible time. Her office has been in downtown Erie since it was a small town, and she really knows and understands the community, and the insurance needs of the folks around town, and the surrounding area. I highly recommend her office to anyone looking for a new insurance company or agent.

Low Cost Health Insurance? YES!…read more I found Boulder Insurance Group through a Boulder Chamber of Commerce event and decided to ask Matt DeYoung if he could help me get some quotes for health insurance, as I'm a contractor and need to have my own individual coverage. I'd never done any shopping for health insurance before and was expecting to pay a premium. Matt and I discussed my lifestyle and needs and were able to come up with a plan that fit them both perfectly.... for $100 a month! I was totally blown away. I had put off my search for a long time thinking the premiums would be ridiculously high. The best thing about it to me is that I didn't have to pay Matt for helping me, the insurance companies that I signed up with compensated him. I highly recommend this service.

After discovering that my auto insurance was cancelled (which I was a named insured on), I called the office for remedy/resolution and was provided nothing. They wouldn't even provide the cancellation notice because I was removed from the policy immediately before cancellation. Each time I have called this office, it's like I talking to a wall. 2021 Audi S4 sustained significant damages from a hit and run ($13k), was charged with driving without insurance (due to not being advised of insurance cancellation). Who checks their insurance to ensure proper coverage each time before driving? Nobody! How else would I have known? I am really starting to wonder what type of curriculum is taught to be an agent. Clearly, fiduciary duty isn't the high on the list. I have had amazing service with USAA, Progressive and Geico. I would urge anyone/everyone to stay away from this office.
