Paid for a used Denali with cash and asked to have it recleaned when we came to pick it up because it wasn't that clean for buying a car and the salesman just laughed said it was already cleaned then he had to clean the spots off the inside of the roof of the car and he made a big deal about having to have that cleaned off and said he couldn't even see it. But we could see the spots so how can we see it and you can't? Just very rude and not friendly I would go somewhere else read more

Purchased a truck from theses guys in 2020. I was told my existing bed cover would swap right over to the new truck, and a 5th wheel hitch would be no problem. Once the paper work was completed I was informed the bed cover will not work on the new truck and I need spend another $1,000 dollars on a replacement. I was also informed after sale was complete that the 5th hitch or a gooses neck options are not available on carbon beds. I'm Still waiting for a pricy custom hitch to be fabricated. These guys are so focus on just getting the sale done, they could careless about a return customer or making the moment right. Don't trust these guys to give you honest information and do tons of research before buying newer models. The ladies in the service department are outstanding and helpful. read more

The absolute worst experience purchasing a vehicle ever. We purchased a Certified Pre Owned low mileage 2018 Cadillac Escalade. We were assured it would be reconditioned to Cadillac standards. With that assurance we purchased a pre owned rather than new as to avoid the initial depreciation. We still are in the process of getting repairs and reconditioning after the dealership having the vehicle for weeks on end. It was then returned with the defective parts that we were told were changed. We also received a letter from our bank regarding our trade stating that it had not been paid off over three weeks after the transaction. After contacting Cadillac we were told that it was a dealership issue. My suggestion is to buy Lincoln, Mercedes, BMW ect...... Stay far far away from this dealership and brand. read more

Let me start off by saying I ONLY gave one star because they got our truck to us, and that's it. I think that's even a high rating for these people. We purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500 High Country from this dealership and while the truck was OK it did need a lot of work so the price we purchased it for was relatively fair - and that's just flat out being nice. Just like every dealership they promise you the world until they have you on the hook and I've dealt with dealerships who actually full fill their promises - this one does NOT. Because the truck needed some work we were promised to have floor mats installed, the truck thoroughly detailed because it reeked of smoke, the hood had to have PDR because it had a TON of hail damage. During this whole process we asked for one thing COMMUNICATION. Let me tell you, they need some lessons on how to communicate with their customers because the entire time it was my husband and I asking for updates not them giving it to us, and when they would say they would call back it NEVER happened. They were supposed to be done with the truck in a week and when we were on our way to pick it up (mind you we live 5 hours away) they tell us not to come because the truck wasn't done. We were half way there. So they proceed to say they'll bring a truck while the other one is getting done. That was great, except once they got us a truck they quickly say they have to trade it for another one, have a different driver come, and delay the time we needed to move to a different job sight because of THEIR mistake. We got the license plates for the truck in the mail before we even got the actual truck. Then over two weeks later when they FINALLY get the truck to us, we find out that they put NO floor mats in it, they did NOT get the truck detailed (it still smelled like smoke and had the SAME chip crumbs in the back seat), it was NOT serviced because oil life was at 18%, Oscar promised to replace a plastic piece that was missing from the center console and that was NOT there, and basically the only promise that was filled was the hood being done. Bottom line - they were so full of it their eyes were brown. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Take your business elsewhere. read more

The worst case of misleading a customer on a purchase of a vehicle"to only be at my expense" Which I found posted on CarGurs.com By there dealership. It turned out after we came to a agreement on the price and that financing and insurance for taking care of $254 plane ticket purchased it all was verified by the dealership came to my surprise after I was picked up at the airport take them to the dealership and the vehicle was not as it Appeared in the photos nor the damages disclosed during the sale. I distinctively asked if there was any damage call me by the vehicle please let me know other than rock chips or if there was a small ding as I under stand it's a used vehicle.I will say the Carfax report was immaculate but comfort my purchase and at the same time the large dent on the drivers rear door, The lodge demy on the lower right front fender, The right inner wheel well protector missing in the front fender paint it and did not match the vehicle would be something you think they would disclose or head clear pictures up posted of the vehicle. Response I got was I understood it was a used car it would be some slight imperfections on the sales person in the sales manager wanted to know if I'd still be interested in purchasing it if you could give me another thousand dollars off I did decline. What I would've preferred honesty and a bit of integrity rather than another $254 dollars entire day of traveling to go home. So after my 508.00 dollar day, at least they were generous enough to give me a ride back to the airport. yay! Before you decide to business with this group individuals that are representing this dealership I believe You should see it for yourself and get it in writing or if you purchase it. I almost forgot the vehicle was listed for $25,000 I asked her to give me the bottom price of the truck they sent a quote back for 26,000-1000 they already took off +299 more but a customer service fee The price of the vehicle actually went up from what they were posting " I should have it that point paid a bit more attention to who is doing business with" read more

I had all the hopes in the world for this dealership when I took my vehicle to them. They more than disappointed. Their lack of communication as to when my vehicle would be ready was horrible, as well as the customer service from the lady upfront. When I went back to get my vehicle they still have their tools in my car was torn apart. Sure they fixed it but they gave no compensation and all excuses as to why it was that way. My vehicle is still missing pieces that I had when I took it in there. I took my car directly out of that dealership and took it to one in Lubbock for repairs. I bought my vehicle there and I didn't have very many problems but now I know to not buy or get service done here at this dealership read more

The salesman and the manager kept telling us that we would receive two free oil changes with the purchase of our Yukon Denali. In the end this was a $350 service fee. The car was not detailed and was sold with 85% of the oil already used up. We found a petrified sandwich in the pocket of the back seat. They only had one person doing detailing on a Saturday and three other people buying cars were in front of ours. read more

I paid extra for a service agreement to get my car serviced and oil changed when I bought the car. I have had it changed once, today I called to make an appointment for the $8.00 oil change, that I paid extra for, and they tell me they are no longer doing that and it will cost me $39.95. Do I get my money back? I will say that after I got embarrassingly mad, they came back and apologized. The owner said he would honor my $8 oil change for the time that I owned the car. I had a wonderful experience for my first time buying from a dealership here. I live in Midland and found the best deal for what I was looking for here. I put in the inquiry and Brian sent me a message the next day. He even offered to bring the vehicle to my house with paperwork if I liked it. I chose to go to the dealership myself to see other color options. When I got there, Brian let me know that Kameron would take over. They were all willing and able to stay late for me because I got off of work at 5. When I got there, the car was ready to test drive! When I was ready to go through the process, he gave me information I didn't take into consideration and helped me figure out what was good for me. Absolutely zero pressure but very insightful. Issac then helped me with the finance portion and explained everything perfectly with everything I needed to know. Since I chose a different color option, they graciously offered a detail clean of the one I wanted and expressed I could come at my convenience. I will definitely go back for all of my car needs. We bought a Cadillac! It's a Premium edition ESV. The dealership never cleaned it properly and never set the vehicle up. We took it back to them twice to do so and had to drive an hour to get there. When they did attempt to clean it the broke a parking sensor and told us we would have to come back to get it fixed because they didn't have time. Also when they took it back to clean it the person cleaning it sync their phone to the car. We I called the Manager about these issues it seemed as if he had an attitude like I should just accept what I got. Then offered for me to get a quote to have it cleaned somewhere else.
