Mr Electric came out on March 14th. The morning of the 15th brought more trouble. At 6:06 pm March 16th the power went out again and stayed off this time . Entergy came back out and fixed the problem at the utility pole.

Their technician came out check the box, check the voltages and discovered that the box was not the problem. It was the stove had a short in it. He said your breaker box is fine, but you're gonna need to get a new stove because it's broken. He spent 30 minutes there checking all the stuff and even with us saying we wanted to pay him for his time he refused saying it was just an estimate and he didn't need any payment.
