The thought of losing my keys and not being able to get my car going is a bit too creepy for me. So I asked for a replica key to be created and so it was to be. For $6.90 the kind gentlemen behind the counter fixed me up a key, the one I was requesting was available so I had a new key within 5 mins. Now I have the piece of mind to know that I will not be left on the lurch without being able to move my car, with my spare key. There are all sorts of keys up on his wall and he is open Mon- Friday. Awful experience - completely ripped off…read more DCT came round and were very charming. They managed to beat a rival quote and agreed to an installation date. When the date arrived Dennis arrived with only half the agreed equipment. In fact, he didnt mention the extra sensors, remote controls and even external alarm that he agreed to fit, and it was up to me to demonstrate that there was stuff missing. A few days later I also took a closer look at the alarm. The keypad was held together by STICKY TAPE which was falling off. The siren was also held together by a single screw meaning you could pull it off easily and also cut the wires (and therefore disable the alarm). I complained (again) and Dennis agreed to come round, take out the old alarm and install a new one. Great i thought. On condition of doing this, I agreed to pay him $750. Dennis proceeded to come round, remove the alarm, pocket the full amount and install nothing (I wasnt in at the time, and told a false story to the person who was in order to get the cash). At this point i had had enough and requested all my money back. Dennis gave me $300, keeping $450 for labour, equipment that he ordered (that he has said he will sell on) and also batteries. Absolute joke. Also suggest you check his pricing - he tried to charge me $1500 for a falling apart second hand system... My best advice is to avoid altogether. The above says it all.

I waited until 2:00 pm with no visit or contact from the company. When I emailed by agent to see what had happened the staff informed my agent that they had attended and that they were unable to repair the mailbox. I informed my agent that this was untrue as I had taken a day off work and waited patiently for the tradesmen to attend. The manager then got into a debate with me taking the side of his untruthful employee over myself, who had waited for hours for his company. The owner did not apologise and used the excuse that the tradesmen called me at 8:00 am; an hour prior to the time allocated by the company in which I was to be available. I am a strata manager and utilise locksmith services on a regular basis and never have I encountered such a rude team of staff or an incompetent manager. I would recommend that you utilise an alternate locksmith in order not to waste your time and money, and furthermore to save yourself the headache of arguing with the ignorant manager.
