I scheduled the appt with confirmation well in advance (~1 month). After a few text messages and a Yelp request, we were able to land on a date/time. She was spotty with communication during the first few exchanges and was very busy so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I realize now that this was an err in judgement and a red flag. Once I received the confirmation letter via text, I thought my appt had been booked. On the day of the scheduled service, I called only to receive a seemingly automated response stating "I'm currently with a client, please send text for any inquiries." Scheduled a pedicure for one of my older adult clients to avoid her having to go out and possibly be exposed during the pandemic. Missy E was very gentle and patient with my client, reassuring her of what she was doing during the whole pedicure.
