However, this was a bad assumption on my part. She was rude when I pointed out what I was unhappy with - mainly the drab, ashy color and the difference on one side from the other! If I wanted to lose 5 inches I would have asked. My mistake was taking my teenage daughter for a cut as well. We gave Ivy 4 pictures of a basic A line cut. At first it was too long, more of a blunt shoulder length bob. Now She looks like a damn mushroom head. The cut is chunky and uneven. The back looks like it was cut with a box cutter. She even said "I think it needs to be thinned at the bottom?" Like ya it does. Are you asking me or are you the professional?! The whole entire head of hair is lopsided as if it was cut by a drunk on a boat. In a hurricane. I had to physically run out of there to keep myself from yelling.
