My experience here has involved ongoing health and safety issues, delayed maintenance, and what feels like retaliation after raising legitimate concerns. For months I repeatedly reported bed bug activity and multiple mouse entry holes in my unit. These concerns were documented and even observed by pest control technicians who submitted work orders to have the holes sealed. Despite this, nothing was done for months. A recent K9 pest inspection confirmed bed bug activity -- the exact issue I had been reporting all along. In addition, a maintenance issue caused a water leak that ran overnight and damaged my belongings. Instead of addressing the problem immediately, the water was allowed to sit in the carpet while I was at work, leaving my apartment smelling like mildew and creating further damage. When tenants raise legitimate habitability concerns, they should receive timely repairs -- not delays, dismissive responses, or legal pressure. After continuing to report these issues, I was ultimately forced to escalate the situation by contacting the Health Department and initiating a rent escrow action to protect my rights as a tenant. No resident should have to involve government agencies or the court system just to have basic health and safety concerns addressed. Unfortunately, that has been my experience here. I rent from Mission Rock in Colorado Springs. They have had 12 new office hires this year alone, and the only one they kept, is the only one who has been extremely rude to me, and threatened to look up my personal information on her own time. I've also been waiting a couple months for their regional manager to reach out to me, I've used their "contact me" via their website in numerous locations probably 50 times now, and I'm confident nobody checks it, because I haven't heard anything back. I guess I'll just start leaving negative reviews everywhere I can find mission rock now. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! read more

Mission Rock Residential is horrible! Very bad service! Last year I bought a new washing machine. I was unable to use my washing machine for more than six weeks. The pipe outside was leaking and it was causing an overflow in my unit. I kept telling the manager that the entire pipe should be replaced. Old pipes always need replacing. They did fix that pipe, but it was only piece by piece. The water in my laundry room would not go down, it was still backing up still and that pipe was still leaking outside. It took them more than three months to finally have that pipe fixed. While I was unable to use my washing machine I was going to laundromat to do my washing. Laundromat's charge a lot! Another problem now. I've notified them that my bathroom sink is plugged up. I still have not heard from anyone working there. Very bad service from MRR. read more

Once I asked, the invoice suddenly was created at a date after my inquiry, and I still haven't seen one item invoiced and am being ignored. The worst management experience I have ever had. After having exorbitant fees charged for move out, I asked to see invoices. Instead of sending invoices, they magically found OVER $1,000 dollars that reduced from the ledger, citing that they should not have charged that in the first place. I asked again for the invoices as evidence, and believe that the invoice sent to me was either manipulated/altered from the original, or designed backwards from what my management company was charging me (versus the vendor they hired). They redacted all landlord-responsible charges, so I couldn't use math to confirm, but the date of the invoice is from AFTER I inquired about the absurd charges. They are issuing a refund check and refuse to consider the other charges I have asked about. Specifically, they have still charged me 100 dollars for a service for which despite asking for now 3 times I have not seen (a deep clean). Which is illegal. DO NOT RENT WITH MRR. read more

Why won't Mission Rock try to help tenants by getting valet trash? I live in Reno, NV and the waste management fee is never less than $54 per month. That is outrageous considering a home in Reno, NV WM fee runs $50 for 3 months. I live in a 1 bdrm by myself and know my trash isn't $54 worth every month. Plus I see people that don't even live here dumping in our dumpsters and we are being charged for that. Put locks on the dumpsters or implement valet trash for $30/month. Water, sewer fees are bad enough, not to mention the ridiculous "common area electricity" fee we are billed. That should be the property owners responsibility. You charge triple the rent from 5 years ago on a 30+ years property that I know has been paid for multiple times over by now. People are in hard times right now and it's little things that could help folks out, like $30 valet trash. It feels awful when you feel used by a company saying they care about and value you. Reserve at South Creek is under new management, maybe new ownership as of 02.14.2025. I called today and spoke with the new manager to call in a maintenance request that there is a lot of cold air coming through the glass doors. She told me that it is because it is cold outside and there is nothing they could do. read more

I am editing my review after a representative told me to email info@. I did email back and followed up, and received no response for weeks. I finally was able to contact my property manager to discuss the unreasonably high invoiced expenses. They were rude and dismissive. After I asked for invoices, rather than share them with me, they instead said they re-evaluated my chargers and had invoiced me over 1,000 dollars more than they should have and I would be getting some of my deposit back. I quickly asked to see the bulky item removal invoices when they shared this news, since it remains high on the invoice, and days later have had no response from them. This whole process feels dishonest, unethical and frankly fraudulent. We have still not come to a solution, and even though I received news of a refund, they have not responded to my emails and continue to send automations to pay what was once due. read more

I live at the University Station Senior Apartments, the staff, Veronica, Esther, and the maintenance man Melvin, have really gone the extra mile to make our quality of living better. They have hired a cleaning staff, that have been cleaning up the entire building. We now have security staff coming three times a day, which they have secured doors. The young lady, Esther is friendly, and she shows a lot of empathy for the tenants, which are seniors. She is also professional and is following rules and regulations, including HIPAA regulations. Melvin has done so much maintenance work, fixing things in my apartment that needed repairs years ago. He now has an assistance who also demonstrates good work. I appreciate them. My 19 year old daughter lives at cherry creek apts. in Riverdale, Utah with her boyfriend who is serving our country in the military and is stationed at Layton AFB, and my daughter has been continually harassed by an older male neighbor for the past 2 months. The leasing office won't tell her the neighbors name to file harassment charges. Now my daughter got a notice to vacate because the older male neighbor complained about her again. This is literally the worst property management company everrrrrrrrr. Nellie is rude as all get out, not personable or friendly whatsoever and overall just really awful to deal with. The rent has been raised for "upgrades" which are cheap and not worth the extra $200-300 at all. If you're looking into renting at Willow Run I strongly advise you check out other complexes in this area that are by far more superior. read more

This has been a crap place managed and maintained by crap people. The old management refused to do any real maintenance so there is a lot wrong with the houses. Now there is new management running around trying to fix all the problems but corporate will only pay for 2 maintenance guys to handle at least 100 apartments and one of them is always doing renovations. The front desk people and the maintenance staff have their hands full and are trying to put out fires the best they can but they can only do so much with only one maintenance guy. Our drier had been broken for nearly a full month before my badgering finally got them to take action and my master toilet is constantly bogging from just water. Lets see how long it takes them to fix that.... I'm tired of having to fight for the amenities I pay for to actually work. I'm not paying $1770 a month for a cold hotub, a warm pool, a fire place that doesn't work, and everything in my apartment falling apart with no hope of a swift response by maintenance. read more
