They were super slow and I had to ask them to load faster. They didn't even bring water, I'm moving, I have nothing, I had to send the kids to the store for water. The dolly left huge rust stains on the flooring that I had to hand scrub. One of the guys was obviously really drugged out. Either way I tipped them $50 each. I moved across the country and a tv was broken upon arrival. I sent pictures and dispatch told me to leave a bad review, they refuse any responsibility. While I'm comfortable cleaning a lot of things, this was just not one of those instances, so I did some online research and looked for a cleaning company to help with this problem. Although Casa Lustro didn't have a lot of reviews at the time of booking, I was really impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded back to my inquiry for a deep cleaning. Patricia was incredibly understanding of the situation and did her best to accommodate to my schedule, so I ended up booking with them and goodness, I cannot express how glad I was that I did. Patricia personally came out to my house to help clean and did an incredibly thorough job in doing so. She took her time and went room by room, making sure every surface and wall was cleaned of termite wings + frass. I've never had such a thorough cleaning in my life and I was just so impressed at how clean my place was by the end of it. She also charged me an incredibly fair rate for the amount of work that she did, so much so that I felt like I was underpaying her. 10/10 would absolutely rebook with them again and I definitely plan on doing so in the future!
