Hands down one of my favorite shops on the island! Paradise now is the full package: courteous and…read morefriendly staff, beautiful aesthetics, gifts for all ages, and the shop is all local small artists and creators. The clothing was one of my biggest highlights. I bought one of the cutest pareos/sarongs I have ever had and the owner of the shop designs the fabrics and clothes! The dresses were really nice and as someone who is on the thicker side, I like that their pieces were truer to size. The prices justify the unique and beautiful work. They had a lot of lovely handmade jewelry and I had to snatch up these cute beaded earrings that I wear all the time. Prices for jewelry are so affordable for gold filled and handmade. This is my go-to for cute gifts anytime I am in Maui! Everyone should definitely stop by.

I've been coming to this shop for several years. They have a great collection of local artisan…read moreitems - from car diffusers to sticker to scarves / pareos to jewelry. But what I like best about this shop is the locally made aloha wear. There are both men's and women's clothes made in Wailuku. The clothes are quality made and very modern in taste. Prices are reasonable. The saleswoman who helped me today was super friendly and helpful! I appreciated her courtesy. I liked this store so much, I went to get my cousin so she could shop here and see all the beautiful clothes. So why the 2 stars out of 5 stars? When I brought my cousin to see the items that I was raving about, another employee behind the counter was talking to another customer. Apparently she was telling him the positives and negatives of living in Maui. That seemed really nice and helpful to him. But the employee started to tell the customer how horrible it is to live in Honolulu and continues to bad mouth the city. Ummmmm.... Both my cousin and I just spent $500+ in your shop and we are both born and raised in Honolulu. We both think Honolulu is a pretty great place to live. Not cool to talk badly about another city - especially if you are 20 years old (she told the guy that) and haven't lived in Honolulu for an extensive time. Unprofessional. I don't think I'll be returning here to shop and I don't think I'll be giving any recommendations to come here either. P.S. my yelp reviews are primarily (90-95%) 5-star reviews because I want to support and encourage businesses in a positive way. This was an exception.

I've been bringing clothes to C.U.T Market in Wailuku for years and always tried to support them,…read morebut my experience today was extremely disappointing. I was told that the store credit on my card "expires after one year," even though I was never informed of that policy before. The card itself has no expiration date printed anywhere, and I've even used this same card earlier this year with no problem. Today, they told me the remaining $50 of my store credit was no longer valid. They refused to honor it, which means I basically lost $50 for no reason other than a policy they never communicated. When I explained that no one had ever mentioned an expiration policy, they simply repeated that it was expired. If a business is going to enforce expiration dates on store credit, that needs to be clearly stated, written on the card, and consistent. Instead, this was handled poorly and felt unfair -- especially for someone who has consigned items with them regularly. I left feeling very disappointed, and unfortunately I won't be returning

The whole store is overpriced for what you call a "THRIFT" store. I also experienced the rudest lady that worked there. She was tall and blonde. I had brought in clothes that were ALL branded and in perfect condition. She took a look at my clothes and gave me such a ridiculous price. She offered me $11 and took like 6 items out of the full bag of stuff I had brought and most items she took were were Brandy Melville, Princess Polly, Garage, and Lululemon. Super ridiculous price compared to what they sell it for. Honestly you guys can check it out, but you will be disappointed for sure.
