I just wanted my eyebrows to be shaped, showed them a photo of what I wanted and even pointed out where I want waxed and told them "i only want excess hair removed here, here & here."
It was the most painful experience I've ever had with getting my eyebrows done, she plucked my eyebrows the entire time! Not using wax once. After all the pain I had a good look at my brows after I left and they were completely uneven... one brow was shorter and thinner than the other and when I first arrived they were even.. only needed cleaning up. I went back and asked for a refund and they didn't give me one and only offered to TINT my brows.
Utterly disappointed as this place is dedicated to doing brows and they managed to screw mine up. read more
