The night before my niece's birthday, I wanted to send her a beautiful bouquet, and I didn't want to go with the basic 1800-flowers because they never turned out like the photos. Wow!!!! First and foremost I'm actually blown away at the level of unprofessionalism at this business. My former boyfriend sent me flowers. My child's caregiver was at my home upon delivery. I ordered two flower crowns for a small party in my home. When the delivery driver arrived I was unfortunately at a restaurant right around the corner, he graciously swung by the restaurant to drop off the box of flowers rather than leaving it outside at my front door. They definitely would've wilted and I am so appreciative of the extra effort he put in. We buy and send flowers all the time in Las Vegas, this is the first time ordering from this company and I am very disappointed (which would mean it's the last). The bouquet was supposed to be Deluxe which I paid extra for as an "upgrade" from their standard in the photo. First, there is no difference and second, the purple roses and some other flowers in the arrangement were old and wilted. Paying this much at another florist would've given me much more quality and quantity. Sadly, I think the YELP ratings are deceiving. Our mother is not a complainer. In all the years we have been sending her flowers, she has never once complained about the quality of the flowers, even though there must have been many sub-par flowers. Alas, all good things come to an end and this, too, changed on Mother's Day 2021. Our go-to boutique florist was sold out from the week before. So, we took a chance and made a $250 purchase ("Hey Mama" with Deluxe upgrade + tip) from Miss Daisy. The flowers arrived on Saturday evening before Mother's Day, and the presentation was beautiful. Our mother was happy, and even though we didn't think it was $250 worth of value, we were happy. In less than 12 hours, the flowers started to lose their vibrance, getting rubbery. By Monday, they were bowing their heads in shame. And the sad picture featured below is from Tuesday. There are high-end florists who tastefully arrange high quality flowers (like our go-to shop). Then there are florists who tastefully arrange low quality flowers, but charge the same high premium. Based on our experience, Miss Daisy seems to be the latter. We have no doubt it was an extremely busy and difficult weekend for the business, and we are sorry to leave this kind of review, but we will not be repeat customers. read more

I was that guy who did a google search on Valentine's day in the middle of a very, very hectic day in an attempt to cobble together an effort. I didn't, really, I just wanted to get the flowers fresh and deliver with chocolates, etc because I just like fresh flowers. Miss Daisy popped up with great reviews and hey, it was down the street from my business! After being thoroughly charmed by the plant ironwork motif at the exterior of the business, I went inside. Everything was cutely arranged with flowers, a consultation room, and some gifts here and there. It was also set up so social distancing was available by having everything near the door for those who were very cautious. (The staff were all in masks, mind you. Kudos for following through!) Jessica came out and introduced herself, and after giving her my budget set to work making me a beautiful bouquet. Full of gorgeous roses and a lovely ribbons, wrapping, just really nicely done. When I informed her that I was a Rose Enthusiast and used to grow them as well as hybridize them, she gifted me an lovely bloom with a generous fragrance. It was a kind gesture. For the record, The boyfriend LOVED the roses and the rose gifted to me kept for days. I was very taken with the whole experience and will be back for all of my floral needs. read more

I was in town visiting Vegas and wanted to send sympathy flowers to be delivered asap to the Palazzo, where I was staying. Jessica said she could have it delivered in 3.5 hours, but I really needed it in 2 hours. With no hesitation, she said "Ok, let's do it!" I told her exactly what I wanted - a low arrangement, not the traditional white flowers, but something with a bit of color. The designer agreed and guess what?? The flowers were indeed delivered at the Palazzo guest services desk by the time I needed it. I love this florist! Miss Daisy will be my go-to from now on! I volunteered to help my friend with her wedding reception and she wanted these beautiful floating calla lily centerpieces. To avoid the high cost of buying the centerpieces already put-together, we decided to piece it all together ourselves. We shopped around for a few weeks getting pricing from different vendors for the callas and banana leaves. Some vendors told me they couldn't give me pricing until much closer to the event due to valentines coming up. That was pretty inconvenient but it gave me more time to shop between florists. I messaged Miss Daisy through Yelp for just a quote and she got back to me within a few minutes! Due to her prompt & friendly response, we went with her. My order included 40 white calla lilies, 50 banana leaves and 6 white round table cloths for pickup by 4pm on 2/1/2018. The shop is difficult to find so if you'll be in a time crunch to pickup your order, make sure you leave a little early as it is a tricky location to get to because it takes you under the DI overpass which i never even knew you could do! This shop is so adorable! She sells high-end beauty products, perfect for picking out a gift for a special someone. I bought a "Calm" hand cream that I absolutely love! They have really nice gift baskets for sale as well and handcrafted greeting cards. The girl who helped me load my car was so sweet and very accommodating. She even taught me how to shave down the banana leaf stem so we could fold them. The flowers they gave me were perfect and beautiful! I'd give one star but I don't want to cause harm here. I had 30 minutes to find a florist to send flowers to my mother in law for same day delivery. I came to Yelp and clicked on this business first. I entered the delivery zip code in a really nice ecommerce flow and the website said that I had 41 minutes to order for same day delivery. Awesome! I was planning on calling the florist first but was relieved by the real time notification on the website. I immediately placed an order. About 5 minutes later i got a call from a very nice woman saying her delivery guy was gone for the day . I could have learned that in a minute if had called as planned and wasn't misled by the fancy website. Seems like a nice business but I wouldn't order online before calling first. Now I'm out of luck on getting her a gift before the end of day as I have to join a meeting. Very unfortunate. read more
