I used to love this flower shop--my boyfriend and I always made this our go-to for special occasions. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, we won't be conducting business here anymore. I ordered the Simple Wrapped Lavender Rose bouquet, expecting soft lavender roses as advertised, but what I received looked completely different, with pink edges. It's hardly lavender purple. I understand that flowers can have natural variations, but this was a major difference. When I reached out to their Instagram Page, I did not receive message back, so I had to call the shop myself. That's when I was told by the front desk that they had ran out of lavender roses and made a substitution without informing me. They also claimed the roses I received were "premium," but that wasn't what I wanted. I wouldn't have been as upset if they had at least let me know in advance or had least given me a choice. I only found out when it was too late to do anything about it. Had I been informed earlier, I would have gone to another flower shop instead of receiving something I didn't want. To make things worse, my friend--who the bouquet was for--doesn't even like pink, so the substitution completely missed the mark.. My order was placed the night before at 9:04 PM. I picked up the next day at 5:05 PM. There was plenty of time to try and attempt to reach me during their business hours. What's even more frustrating is that I messaged them over the past three days about this issue and I received no reply back. There was no resolution, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. I hardly ever complain, especially about small businesses, so I take no joy in writing this. But whether or not they agree with my complaint, they should have at least acknowledged the issue and tried to make it right. Instead, I feel like they just dismissed me and made it seem like I was in the wrong and ungrateful simply because I received "premium roses". As well as the fact that I left a tip before knowing I was about to receive this level of "care" is crazy to me.. It's disappointing because I truly loved this shop, but poor communication and lack of customer care have lost me for good.
V Florist has THE MOST beautiful, fresh and unique flowers bouquets and arrangements I have seen! The ladies are incredibly nice and generous and are so good at what they do. I'm planning to make this place my one stop shop for all my flowers needs. They're truly spectacular.
V Florist has been our go to florist for some years now, and it's only natural that we trust them as our florists for our wedding reception as well. They've always delivered, and they sure knocked it out of the park for our wedding! We sat down with them to talk over what we wanted for our wedding, and decided on welcome table, center pieces, sides, and runner petals. They gave us a very reasonable quote that provided great value when compared to other florists, including the ones from our venue. We had early access to our venue on the day of the wedding, and they were very accommodating with coming early to set up as well. Everything turned out perfect and we all loved the arrangements. The centerpieces were all snatched up when guests left! ;) We can't thank them enough for making our day special with their beautiful flower arrangements. Highly recommended and definitely stop by/give them a call to see if they work for your next big event!
One of the only flower shops I shop at ! Always fresh flowers and always able to be delivered in a timely manner! Not having to guess when or if your flowers will be delivered is so relieving!
I cant express how happy i am. This is on my wedding. After i consulted the florist with the venue, I decided to look for a different florist shop. I found V florist. They did an amazing job! We talked and told the florist what i wanted and i have showed her some inspired picture. They did even better than what i expected and with 2/3 of the price of the venue's florist and more than what they offered. Who wouldnt like to be perfect on their most important day. Much to say, my bridesmaids took the picture for me before everyone step in to it and they did a excellent job on the photos. Perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had a recommendation to try this florist and I wasn't disappointed. I was in need of an anniversary floral arrangement and John who helped me was extremely helpful. I've paid a lot more at other florists with arrangements that didn't come half as close to this. check it out for yourself. I've found a new floral shop for all my flower occasions.
Came in to get a bouquet for my friend's birthday, they did a great job with assisting even with me trying to be respectful toward my friend's culture and the proper colors for celebration (we are both Asian, so I know colors are important but I knew some of the celebration colors may be different for our cultures). They were able to help me through all of that. I also came and got my wedding bouquet and rose petals from them. Everything was done great and they were incredibly kind. I am so grateful I stopped by one day to check them out!
I'm writing this review because on August 7 it was my birthday and my friend from Edmonton. Canada ordered two dozen long, stemmed white roses to be delivered to my house on my birthday. She did this last year as well and she did it again this year. From the same florist. But this time when they tried to deliver to my house at around 11 AM, I was asleep until about 3 PM. I live in Las vegas and I work in nightlife. I work graveyard hours. I am sleeping when they were trying to call me and so was my friend. Nobody got a hold of me because I was still sleeping. I woke up to 13 missed calls. I think they were trying to contact my friend to see what to do about my order. My friend works in a hospital and she is busy dealing with x-ray machines. She couldn't get a hold of me either. So she said to leave it at the door. The florist told her that if it's outside for an hour, it should be OK. But yet nobody has gotten a hold of me to even know what time I would be opening the door to get the flowers. It is in the middle of August and the current temperature that day was 105°. My friend lives in Edmonton, Canada, which snows half the year. She does not know how hot Las vegas is during August summer. Yes she did tell them to leave them at the door because she did not know what to do She was super busy at work and had to deal with that situation. But as a florist, they should know better than to even leave unattended flowers that's wrapped in paper, not even in a vase with water to be sitting outside in 105° weather not even for 30 minutes! The flowers were sitting out there for over three hours! Imagine if I was having a normal job and I was working till 5 PM or 6 PM. It was a Friday as well. That flower bouquet would've been out there for over six hours. When I got to the door to get the flowers inside the house, it was looking pathetic and the flowers were so soft! As you're touching it, you can literally rip the pedals off if you wanted to easily. The flowers were all wrinkly. What the florist should have done is bring it back to the shop and re-deliver the following day Or messaged me to come pick it up at the flower shop. But instead, they thought it was best to leave my flowers in 105° weather not knowing what time I was going to get the flowers inside the house. I could not believe that they thought that it was a great idea to leave it out there for that long. This experience was tremendously disappointing for me and I was pissed off. It actually ruined my birthday. I was in a bad mood the rest of the day. I called the florist to tell them about my concern about the flowers and how it was extremely unacceptable. They said I could come to the flower shop and pick something out of the fridge instead. When I got to the flower shop, there was maybe four or five options in the fridge when it comes to arranged Flowers. Some more sunflower types. And some more Lily types. I chose the Lily type which came with a pink lily, hydrangea flower, maybe six roses that is random colors and a bunch of other cheap flowers. Along with a lot of greenery. Would I say that it's comparable to what my friend paid for my flowers? And for the delivery I'm sure it was charged? No it was not comparable because she paid for two dozen long stem, white roses plus delivery. What I got in replacement for it is not comparable whatsoever, but I would rather have that than dying flowers. That's been sitting out there for three hours. I feel like they should have replaced my flowers with exactly 2 dozen long stem roses. The worst part of everything was that the florist took no accountability for the situation. They did not once apologize for the mishap. There was no empathy. No remorse no nothing. This floral shop is not professional and I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. And I will make it a point to let my friend know never to order from them again for my birthday. I was so stressed out about the situation all day, and I was very disappointed. My friend felt extremely bad about the whole ordeal. Two thumbs down for this place! read more
Today was the first day I tried V Florist. I found them on Yelp and they were not far from where I worked. I stopped by on lunch to get my friend some flowers for her bday. They have a beautiful selection of flower arrangements. I picked out something I loved right away and knew she would like it. It was a little pricy but I could tell for the quality it was well worth it. They misted the flowers and they looked so gorgeous glistening in the outdoor sunlight. The man at the desk was kind and quick to help. I would come here again for quality flowers. read more
2/28/25 came in and was greeted by staff. He is super nice and friendly. I just needed a Happy birthday balloon and a stem of flower (Lily). This store is beautiful and so much creative flower arrangements and decor. They sell single stem roses, lilies, and other flowers as well. Price is slightly expensive...is it worth it...I think they are and their quality of work shows it. So stop by and pick up some flowers for love ones or just because. read more

For Valentine's day, I received a vibrant and beautiful red rose arrangement crafted by V Florist! The flowers are lasting quite long which is impressive as most arrangements tend to die off within the first week. My husband said the ordering experience was professional and prompt, so we can plan to keep V Florist in mind for future occasions. read more

Amazing arrangement for my daughters College Graduation. The other florist made a mistake selling my bouquet to someone else and could not make me one as their florist is already gone for the day, V Flower Shop came to the rescue. I am updating my one star review due to the owner leaving a very nice letter of apology concerning my experience. I apperciate the effort and timely response to my disappointment with our bouquet. However, we did specify long stem flowers to the florist which was even indicated on the invoice order. So the misunderstanding was on your florists side. Thank you for the apology! read more

We just moved to Las Vegas and my husband purchases flowers for me on a regular basis. I have never received such a disappointing arrangement as this one. The flower was actually "TAPED" to the stem. I wondered who would put together an arrangement and deliver it when the flowers were half dead. So after a few days of draining the flowers and putting new water in the vase I had to throw away some of the flowers. In doing so, I discovered that they were jammed so tight into the neck of the vase that they were all struggling. I ended up throwing about 6 of them out. When I found the flower taped to the stem, I said that is it. I had to tell my husband about it and felt horrible because he is always trying to make me happy. I just don't want him to spend another penny at this florist. read more
