Today was the first day I tried V Florist. I found them on Yelp and they were not far from where I worked. I stopped by on lunch to get my friend some flowers for her bday. They have a beautiful selection of flower arrangements. I picked out something I loved right away and knew she would like it. It was a little pricy but I could tell for the quality it was well worth it. They misted the flowers and they looked so gorgeous glistening in the outdoor sunlight. The man at the desk was kind and quick to help. I would come here again for quality flowers. read more

2/28/25 came in and was greeted by staff. He is super nice and friendly. I just needed a Happy birthday balloon and a stem of flower (Lily). This store is beautiful and so much creative flower arrangements and decor. They sell single stem roses, lilies, and other flowers as well. Price is slightly expensive...is it worth it...I think they are and their quality of work shows it. So stop by and pick up some flowers for love ones or just because. read more

I used to love this flower shop--my boyfriend and I always made this our go-to for special occasions. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, we won't be conducting business here anymore. I ordered the Simple Wrapped Lavender Rose bouquet, expecting soft lavender roses as advertised, but what I received looked completely different, with pink edges. It's hardly lavender purple. I understand that flowers can have natural variations, but this was a major difference. When I reached out to their Instagram Page, I did not receive message back, so I had to call the shop myself. That's when I was told by the front desk that they had ran out of lavender roses and made a substitution without informing me. They also claimed the roses I received were "premium," but that wasn't what I wanted. I wouldn't have been as upset if they had at least let me know in advance or had least given me a choice. I only found out when it was too late to do anything about it. Had I been informed earlier, I would have gone to another flower shop instead of receiving something I didn't want. To make things worse, my friend--who the bouquet was for--doesn't even like pink, so the substitution completely missed the mark.. My order was placed the night before at 9:04 PM. I picked up the next day at 5:05 PM. There was plenty of time to try and attempt to reach me during their business hours. What's even more frustrating is that I messaged them over the past three days about this issue and I received no reply back. There was no resolution, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. I hardly ever complain, especially about small businesses, so I take no joy in writing this. But whether or not they agree with my complaint, they should have at least acknowledged the issue and tried to make it right. Instead, I feel like they just dismissed me and made it seem like I was in the wrong and ungrateful simply because I received "premium roses". As well as the fact that I left a tip before knowing I was about to receive this level of "care" is crazy to me.. It's disappointing because I truly loved this shop, but poor communication and lack of customer care have lost me for good. read more

They've always delivered, and they sure knocked it out of the park for our wedding! We sat down with them to talk over what we wanted for our wedding, and decided on welcome table, center pieces, sides, and runner petals. They gave us a very reasonable quote that provided great value when compared to other florists, including the ones from our venue. We had early access to our venue on the day of the wedding, and they were very accommodating with coming early to set up as well. Everything turned out perfect and we all loved the arrangements. The centerpieces were all snatched up when guests left! ;) We can't thank them enough for making our day special with their beautiful flower arrangements. I usually look at two or three to compare when I begin my search for area florists. I go by the occasion and then go from there. This review is for the online ordering process. It was easy to use. There were no hidden fees. It also gives you a couple of chances for reviewing your order. You can choose a percentage or specify an amount for the tip, too. I thought that this was a good way to go with ordering online. I ordered it for tomorrow's delivery (sat- 5/11/24). Some florists are way too busy to do the next day. But that wasn't an issue with this one. I usually order about six times a year. So, it is good knowing that there are reliable florists out there. On the delivery day (sat- 5/11/24, I also received an email confirming the delivery. My co-worker let me know that the flowers were beautiful. Thank You! read more

I cant express how happy i am. This is on my wedding. After i consulted the florist with the venue, I decided to look for a different florist shop. I found V florist. They did an amazing job! We talked and told the florist what i wanted and i have showed her some inspired picture. They did even better than what i expected and with 2/3 of the price of the venue's florist and more than what they offered. Who wouldnt like to be perfect on their most important day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!! We ordered flowers for my father's funeral and it cost us almost $300. The flower arrangements we received was not the same as what was delivered. I wish we had a picture of what we were supposed to get. The flowers and greenery they placed on the arrangement was not secured and they were falling off. When my mother called V Florist to inform them that she was not happy with the flower arrangements, the manager was very insensitive and had the audacity to say, why didn't you call the day or the next day to inform them. How can we call the day or next day?!!!!.....the day the flowers were delivered, it was our father's memorial service and following day, we laid him to his resting place. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT FLORIST!!! Just to clarify, we showed a picture of what we wanted but then we purchased the flower arrangement that your clerk had shown on her phone. Yes, you delivered it on a Monday, when your business was closed but you charged us delivery fee and we paid for it, so don't act like you did us any favor. I just want people to be aware that they should conduct their business elsewhere. read more

We just moved to Las Vegas and my husband purchases flowers for me on a regular basis. I have never received such a disappointing arrangement as this one. The flower was actually "TAPED" to the stem. I wondered who would put together an arrangement and deliver it when the flowers were half dead. So after a few days of draining the flowers and putting new water in the vase I had to throw away some of the flowers. In doing so, I discovered that they were jammed so tight into the neck of the vase that they were all struggling. I ended up throwing about 6 of them out. When I found the flower taped to the stem, I said that is it. I had to tell my husband about it and felt horrible because he is always trying to make me happy. I just don't want him to spend another penny at this florist. read more
