Nice... DROP OFF: We dropped them off at around 10am and were promised them at 5pm the next day. That wouldn't work for us due to our flight, so the man assisting us said 12pm. He could tell that the time still wasn't to our preference as we kept talking with each other, so he came back with a 10:30am time. Sold! PICK UP: We returned the next day a little earlier at 10:20am and they were ready, neatly folded and clean. TIP: Cash only despite their worn credit card stickers on the counter, and the only reason for no shiny fifth star. OVERALL: Affordable TLC for your clothing, easy communication.

They even got the stains out of my favorite white dress after I all but went swimming in it during a new years party. They're very careful to record details when you drop off clothes, so I feel the chance of something getting lost or given to the wrong person is low - I've never had any problems. The hours are a little limited (8 am to 8 pm during the week, and open until 3 pm on Saturdays) and sometimes it's hard for me to get there before or after work. Usually I drop off the clothes when I have time and ask them to deliver when they're ready. They also have a pickup service, but since it's so close I've never bothered. They'll give you a free pants cleaning if you return 20 hangers, so at least they're trying to be green, and they have rotating promotions on Thursdays so that's the best day to drop off clothes if you're flexible.
