Nice... DROP OFF: We dropped them off at around 10am and were promised them at 5pm the next day. That wouldn't work for us due to our flight, so the man assisting us said 12pm. He could tell that the time still wasn't to our preference as we kept talking with each other, so he came back with a 10:30am time. Sold! PICK UP: We returned the next day a little earlier at 10:20am and they were ready, neatly folded and clean. TIP: Cash only despite their worn credit card stickers on the counter, and the only reason for no shiny fifth star. OVERALL: Affordable TLC for your clothing, easy communication.

They tailored my polos, uniform shirts, uniform pants, jeans, and a dress shirt. All fit perfect now. They even matched the color of the stitching on my jeans, a small touch that I wasn't expecting. Prices are average, but the turn-around is usually within a day or two, and they did a great job. Will be bringing a few more clothes again soon. One thing - I don't think anyone here speaks English, so if you don't speak Portuguese you might want to bring a friend.

There is an attendant in a back office though he stepped away twice during our 45 minutes there. The location gets warm and there's no wifi but there are chairs and it's clean and bright It definitely helped set our minds at ease.

My washing machine is one of the complicated electronic kinds and I knew it would require someone who knows how to work the LG products. Luckily, I found this certified LG repair store on Dias Ferreira. They are officially authorized by LG and Samsung to repair appliances and air conditioners by those brands. I stopped in yesterday and set up an appointment for someone to come by today. The technician knew exactly how to fix the problem. He was able to cause the machine to leak and then he found the area that needed repair. I paid R$218 for the repair (not exactly cheap), but now my washing machine is back in business. If you have trouble with your LG or Samsung products, Gelare gets my recomendation.

I blame that especially on the glamorization of those side-by-side refrigerators. Mine simply stopped freezing properly (things would be just a bit cold in the freezer) and fridge was basically room temperature. They have visited me and charged only 30 reais to give a straight to the point diagnosis: the need to exchange the defrost kit. I have paid in two installments of 249 reais and three hours later everything was working perfectly again as promised including the ice making feature which is the best. The cubes and shredded ice were full steam ahead. I recommend their service since they are really well trained and it is worth spending what they charge (the fact that they are LG authorized repair center is not a coincidence).
