Gelare is in business for a long while. Given their location I suppose it is hard to complain about prices, so I let it go that my last repair costed 498 reais. I blame that especially on the glamorization of those side-by-side refrigerators. Mine simply stopped freezing properly (things would be just a bit cold in the freezer) and fridge was basically room temperature. They have visited me and charged only 30 reais to give a straight to the point diagnosis: the need to exchange the defrost kit. I have paid in two installments of 249 reais and three hours later everything was working perfectly again as promised including the ice making feature which is the best. The cubes and shredded ice were full steam ahead. I recommend their service since they are really well trained and it is worth spending what they charge (the fact that they are LG authorized repair center is not a coincidence). read more
