Here he is still in court (12 years after the fact) due to two separate divorce decrees being left open and each has different wording which leaves everything up to interpretation. Not to mention his ex-came back after him for a monthly pension check once he retired (11 years later) even though she accepted a very large payout (she wanted the cash at the time) now stating her former attorney did not inform her she could have received monthly payments upon his retirement. Yes, all these years later back in court he goes. We were given Bill's name by a friend and she said he is the guy your need!!! Once we came to see him with my husband's 12-inch-thick divorce file (the file is large due to the fact his ex has had him in court every year since the divorce in 2012 with the exception of the year 2017.) As overwhelming as the file looked, Bill took the time to listen, make notes and retrieve all the facts from each rule to show cause thrown at my husband over the years. Needless to say, Bill fought the rule to show cause for my husband's pension, and it was dismissed and "closed with prejudice" so she can't come back at him again.
