Started with the falafels very bland and dry. The iced teas were nice and cold, very refreshing. Shawarma was good had an Indian seasoning needs salt. Lamp shish was tender and flavorful, but the barbecue sauce was a weird combo to pair with the shish. Would go with a tzatziki or chimichurri sauce. Overall, great service, mid food, and would recommend bringing a packet of salt. read more

We stumbled upon this place while roaming around for dinner and desiring to find something besides tapas for a change. After checking out the menu and spotting several vegetarian options, we chose a table outside (the inside was completely empty, but strong reviews convinced us to give it a chance). It let us do some people watching, including the families at the parklet across the plaza. Our starters, hummus and muhammarah (a tomato and red pepper puree with sweetness from a pomegranate molasses drizzle) were great. We definitely had to order more pita to scoop up the yumminess. For my entree I tried something new to me, the fattah bazenhan, which was essentially a thick, garlicky yogurt with eggplant and pita pieces mixed in. It had good flavor and left me satiated. Note there aren't many drinks except tea (they also have a tea shop next door) but in the summer heat I'm happy to guzzle water. this place is absolutely amazing from top to bottom, the management, the staff, the chefs, the atmosphere. if you stay in Alicante you really are depriving yourself if you don't eat here at least one night. Myself and my now Fiancée got engaged here on our holidays and they were so good to me. i emailed them in advance to let them know and they were fantastic about everything. on the night, the food was perfect. my Fiancée is a vegetarian and she absolutely loved the menu while i myself am very much not a veggie so had the chicken wings and they were glorious. we are hoping to go back to Alicante soon and i cant wait to go back. read more

Really great Mediterranean food in Alicante. We were looking for tapas on our last night in Alicante, but it was a holiday and many places were closed. We settled on this place and were really surprised by how good it was. We eat a lot of lebanese/egyptian/greek food, and this was some of the best we have had- all of the standards were 5 stars (nice crispy and flavorful falafel, baba ganoush, hummus, muhammarah). I would bet it is even better in the summer time when the tomato and other produce is in season. Highly recommended. Also, super nice staff. read more

Have been here twice and I have nothing bad to say. I've had their Moroccan Tea and Strawberry Mojito. For not being in Morocco it tasted exactly like their mint tea. Also note that it is a beautiful cafe. I recommend it to anyone who needs some really good tea or just a hangout spot with friends. read more

Avocado and pistachio smoothie was absolutely delicious. Food was extremely tasty and authentic. Loved it!
