I would request the staff to quote the figures clearly more than once in words that non native speakers can understand. It feels like they took advantage of me. Feels very icky. And this took almost 4 hours. If you bring the car for a small thing like an oil change, be on the watch for a long process of expensively unnecessary things to be done to your car.
