There is a good Deli here too, with a wide variety of take away meals, cheeses, meats and an in-house bakery offering freshly baked bread and delicious cakes. Morrison's also has a great selection of "free from" foods with gluten, dairy and wheat free products. The staff are friendly, there is a good in-house Café to eat at, and the store supports the local community well through a notice board and fund raising projects. The only thing stopping me giving this Morrison's 5 stars is the fact that I've regularly found it lacking in stock. Every day items often seem to be out of stock and not replenished quickly. That apart, it's my local Supermarket of choice and rarely disappoints.

Julian graves is owned by holland and barratt now so if you see anything in holland and barrett like the dried fruit or Manuka Honey you can usually get it cheaper at the julian graves discount store at the royal quays which isnt far away

The shop also stocks a great range of vitamins and the staff are knowledgable and can point you in the right direction if you have any particular health issues. The shop also offers food intollerence testing every month or show (ring them for times and dates) which I personally found to be invaluable and has made a big difference to my life. On the downside, the products can be quite expensive but when you take into account the health benefits it is still well worth a visit, as products are often on offer. Is worth visiting just to pick up a copy of Holland and Barrett's acclaimed magazine Healthy for a mere £1.50 which includes money off coupons and health advice.

Goma Wakame Salad has nice sesame flavor but is a bit "wet" with dressing - good starter though, as it's very light and healthy. I got the Kare Lomen with chicken - unlike the ramen soups, this one has a curry broth. Great flavor - all the tastes of a proper curry (coconut, lemongrass, etc) in the broth itself. Tender chicken, and whole wheat noodles upon request. I hadn't realized that you could pick your choice of noodle, but you can, so you can make it a tiny bit healthier if you're so inclined. Pricey at £10.25 but all the locations are a bit overpriced, I think. Makes a fantastic lunch if you've overindulged the night before - that hot broth and the slurpable noodles will cure what ails you.
