I was super underwhelmed with the results and set on a quest to find a salon that offered olaplex and had someone experienced with white blondes. I found halo and on their instagram were a few photos of white blondes done by Megan. I booked an appointment and was able to get in quicker than I even needed to. Also the week before the appointment I wanted to come in for a consultation to make sure she was going to be able to achieve what I was looking for. She made time for me the next day and was super kind and reassuring. I went in that weekend and she did a wonderful job. Going white is a process and you have to keep that in mind especially if your hair is darker. It's going to take multiple bleachings. Even given that fact, I think I am only going to have to go in once more for a touch up around my bangs and face to reach my goal. The facility is nice and clean and all the other hairdressers were nice and helpful to one another and the clients.

This was the worst manicure I've ever had. I called specifically to clarify what kind of a shop…read morethis was. I directly asked them if they filed or use the drill onnatural nails to remove old shellac polish. They said no. When I got to the shop, wrapped nails to soak, pulled off soaking tin foil after less than 2 minutes, pulled out an old coarse file and start filing over the top of my nails, towards my nail bed!! ouch! I said please don't do that it hurts, she said it's the only way to remove shellac polish. Very dishonest!! I know better, allow them to soak, then chip and scraper off! Never, never, never file type of natural nails, could cause permanent damage and possible infection! Then they perform a dry manicure, what is that? They start to polish your nails! They do NOT trim your cuticles, push back your cuticles, clean underneath your nails, shape your nails, trim your cuticles or trim the torn up skin from filing your nails and tearing up the skin and cuticles around your nail, not even a little massage. The mail technician obviously had to get it done in under 20 minutes. The CND polish was thick and gooey with pieces of fabric fiber in it that the nail technician have had to keep digging out of my nails which only added more divots and bumps to the polish. I had to ask nail tech to file them into shape, as she was not going to file and shape the tips (love to file overbthe top though, very vigorous filing there). My nails are different shapes and uneven! In the photos you'll see the polish doesn't even come close to my cuticles, my new manicure looks like its a 2 will old manicure and needs to be redone soon due to nail growth!! I really should have gotten up and left, I don't know why I didn't. It was a waste of money time and my natural nails. My nail beds still burn, the nail bed s feel like they're literally on fire. Do not let these people touch you!

I reserved the salon for my wedding last October for myself and my bridesmaids, mother, sister and…read moremother in-law. Only thing I'd say know exactly how many and what time but also expect to pay in two payments (not separate - it can get a little tricky to gather the ladies money but we made it work). Payment: Really understand the pricing, for us pricing changed from when we got the quote to when we booked. Chris was able to grant the initial quote cost for hair but makeup did increase slightly. The Vine asks for a certain percentage upfront for every person to reserve and the rest of the bill was due on the day (payment automatically added gratuity). It's important to reserve your date but also make sure you know the exact number of people at first payment as it will be much harder to add ladies later. Some ladies changed their mind last minute or didn't decide in time (luckily only one bridesmaid had to go elsewhere to get her hair done). Schedule: Chris scheduled time slots for each person to navigate when each person should arrive (which helped a lot since I had 11 people come in for hair and/or makeup) it would have been far more stressful (than it already was) if we didn't have a schedule. Accommodations: A separate room was provided for us to get ready and hangout at no addition cost and allowed us to have food and beverages. Additionally they allowed for ladies to do their own makeup (as long as the girls did it themselves). They cleaned up after our breakfast, which was icing on the cake when we were all leaving - again an accommodation that helped with the stress. Service: Each stylist (makeup and hair) were exceptional and made us feel absolutely welcome. They did a wonderful job on hair and makeup. When girls would ask for changes they went above and beyond to make it happen. I was also late because our breakfast order was delayed at pickup and the stylist did not waste time by starting on my bridesmaids. Salon: The salon and grounds were stunning in my photos!

I've gotten a few services here (nail/hair/makeup) and I will say it's the best place in the area for salon services. I love the location- it's new, clean, and has the most amazing tall ceilings and natural lighting. It feels good to be here. All Cut Up also recently acquired a floatation tank for float therapy. I have not tried it here but have elsewhere and I recommend the experience for someone who has not tried it. Float therapy is great stress relief and you float in a tank full of salt at body-temperature. It's relaxing and a great way to de-stress. Their products are from the Davines line that is made in Italy. The products smell amazing and they have a variety of hair care and even body care items for sale. It's easy to make an appointment and I like that they text you a confirmation. I also like that they have later hours so it works with my schedule going after work. The staff is super easy to talk to them and my hair/makeup have turned out great. The prices are super reasonable as well. Plenty of parking.
