Going to give short version color not even close but was going to let it slide was charged for a shampoo and trim that never happened then I got sick noticed my color was 75% gray in 2 week the color fell out i showed her said she'd fix she seemed concerned confused but ghosted all messages after never scheduled to fix. Call owner tell her she takes Brooke's side says color "I chose " was impossible for my hair! What! Brooke picked it! Then said brooke told me no she did not and I had messages to prove it. Said brooke told me she was putting ghost highlights in again what no she did not i dont even know what that is i do know I asked her several times you sure ypu can get it that light each time being told yes I was made to feel like everything i was saying was a lie even though I could show her but she didnt want to see them. So im out 350 no refund have to go to a different salon pay the 300 to fix this because brooke couldn't just be honest or talk to her boss and ask if she was not sure then we could have went with something different im not difficult but I do want that I paid for.
