The tub and surround was beautifully done in late 2022. Later a non skid portion was added. The non skid has peeled off and clogged the drain. They completed a job and the tub as a guarantee for 5 years. It hasn't even lasted a year. There are cracks and the tub is leaking. Multiple calls have been made to request repair or money back and they don't respond. They were supposed to show up to fix it today and didn't even bother to call that they weren't coming. No offer to return the funds since they can't fix it. Terrible service. Don't stand by their guarantee. Horrible service and horrible company. Beyond disgusted with them. read more

I hired this company to resurface an older tub I had in a guest bath. The tub was awful...looked like several murders had taken place there. I debated whether or not to just replace it...but, it was only the surface that was stained...the tub itself was fine. They also refinished the soap dish and towel rack. This seemed like a perfect solution for our bathroom, and while the tub looks great, the tile looks half-assed...the grout is coming off showing the tile underneath, they didn't remover the light switch cover so when it was replaced it has a ring around it. There are areas that are starting to bubble as well. This is after 3 months, and the tub/tile hasn't been used at all since it was done...I have tried to call the company multiple times and sent pictures but they do not respond. I am deeply sad to write this review, but I feel as if I've been patient enough. I scheduled the shower refinishing on January 3. The job took 3 days and, as instructed, I didn't touch the shower for another 2 days after that. The paint was splotchy and poorly done, so I immediately sent over a video. No response. Then the following week receive a text about paying the remaining balance. I let them know that I will not be paying until the service is completed. They took their sweet time responding. Finally I receive a call from the owner on January 31, apologizing for the delay, they lost their office manager and it's been chaotic. I completely understood - been there. He said somebody would be out on Friday, February 3. I took off of work to wait here for them. No show. No call. I reached back out to the owner. Never returned my call, text, or email. I am now left with a shower floor that truly looks 5X worse than it did before they started this project and absolutely nothing I can do about it. Beware of this company. read more

I can't say enough about the sales rep Dena, when she first came to my house she was prompt, and friendly and very knowledgeable. She was not at all pushy like other sales persons I have dealt with over the years which is a real turn off for me. She actually came back to my house 3 times because I decided to get both bathrooms done at once and then I wanted to review my color selection. She was very patient with me. Met with the owner, we emphatically indicated our need was to prevent a slip and fall in our bathtub and shower which is only 9 years old and looks new. We were given a very distinct impression that there would be a SIGNIFICANT improvement. This, however, did not happen, both our tub and shower are still ice skating rinks! Our issue is with the owner who should have advised us that his refinishing product would not meet our requirements. Sent a letter to the owner requesting a refund with no response. Once we signed a contract and paid a deposit we never received follow up calls and had to initiate all action ourselves. This has to be the worst company ever! I hired them to refinish counter tops in my kitchen along with a shower stall and bathroom vanity. The shower stall peeled and came off four different times. Each.time the floor was redone a month later it came back up! It is the worst product. The clear gloss disappeared in only a few months. They are very unprofessional, unreliable, untimely and undependable. The product does not adhere to the surface.This company has no integrity because they voided the warranty by claiming that I used a hazardous product to clean causing the product to peel. We moved into an older home with the worst kitchen!! the cabinets were just plain ugly!! We are in our 70's and both disabled vets and so we had to look at what WE could do ourselves (nothing actually) and budget wise was just frustrating. New cabinets? well ..besides being very very expensive after 4 estimates and then the length of time our kitchen would be unusable was just mind boggling. It is a small house...so even getting to the garage would have been impossible with the kitchen being out of commission. We then had Dena come out to look at our situation and gave us some great info and even better prices. We wanted a dreary brown cabinets kitchen to be a cottage/seashore type place open and airy. Well the transformation of painting and new cabinet doors was so quickly done...and with a few additional things we wanted the owner Mike was so helpful. Came up with some ideas, Our dream kitchen was the result Done is ONE day a few visits to do some follow up on things we needed. Professional oh yes!! Wonderfully nice !!! At first, I thought it was a bit pricey but no one else does this type of work. I was completely satisfied with their quick response, courtesy and overall presentation. The work from the technician was meticulous and thorough. However, I was disappointed in the clean up process due to the adhesive being hard to remove as well as the masking tape marring the finish on my vanity and baseboards. Even that being considered, I would highly recommend Miracle Method for any tub or surface refinishing project. read more
