My wife dropped a bottle out of the medicine cabinet and broke a hole in our sink. It was not just a chip in the porcelain, but a hole all the way through with a spider web looking crack around the hole. Ken came, made the repair and re-finished the sink. I could not believe the beautiful work! It has been quite a while since he did this repair, probably over a year and the sink is still absolutely perfect, stunning. It was a very reasonable price especially since our sink is an integral part of the black granite vanity top. What a savings! Ken and Donna are HIGHLY recommended by me. I paid Miracle Method in August 2025 to resurface my guest bathroom tub/shower in the color of Biscuit. In the months that followed, a new ceiling, bathroom exhaust fan, granite countertop, mirror, door and paint were completed. It was not until the bathroom Biscuit sink was installed that I discovered that Miracle Method applied the incorrect color to the bathroom tub/shower; it was White, NOT Biscuit. I immediately emailed Emily at Miracle Method on the same day. I was informed by Emily that "the estimators are out of town" for the next 4 weeks. Despite providing numerous pictures of the incorrect color, I was left with no other option but to wait a month for Brian, the Estimator, to come back out to my home to confirm the color was incorrect. When I contacted Emily to schedule the re-do to correct their error, I was informed that Miracle Method was booked out for the next 6 weeks. The owner denied my request for a refund. Clearly numerous dissatisfied customers successfully made credit card disputes because the only form of payment Miracle Method accepts is CASH and CHECK leaving me with no recourse but to be punished and penalized for 2 months and 2 weeks for Miracle Method's mistake. Although I wouldn't expect another customer to be rescheduled, Miracle Method has failed to find a prompt resolution to fix their mistake, such as offering overtime to a technician or placing me on a cancellation list. As I write this, I have 5 more weeks left so it goes without saying I would NOT recommend Miracle Method. read more

A relative, a disabled Vietnam Vet with significant Agent Orange issues, was unable to take care of his home and it fell into disrepair. The toilet and shower needed to be replaced but it would be prohibitively expensive to get the old shower out and build a new one. Our plumber recommended Miracle Method and, for far less than a new shower would cost, they made the old shower look brand new. They arrived when they said they would. I honestly can say enough good things about our experience with Miracle Method and the tech Aaron!! Seriously every single step was SO smooth and as many Knoxvillians know, just getting someone to show up can be a challenge, but not with Miracle Method. They showed up on time from the estimate day until the last day. The final result was literally perfect. Aaron is actually a master at what he does. Had our tub and surrounding tiles refinished 3 years ago and was given a 5 year warranty. The finish on the tub has peeled 3 times. They came and resprayed, always blaming us in some way. We did everything we were instructed to do to take care of the finish. The wall started peeling and we called and we're told they were now under new management and we would have to pay $195 for the first hour and $95 for each additional. They will not honor the warranty we were given. This method doesn't last or they do shoddy work and won't stand behind it. Just noticed this morning that the tub is peeling again! The process went smoothly and what was done was quality work. Unfortunately the person that did the work was different from the person that quoted the job. The work that was completed was much less than what was requested and quoted. The charge was also less than quoted. The color was not matched but it still looks ok. The coating did not go up the sides of the tub as we discussed and the drain was not fixed as we discussed. I'm giving three stars for the review. If the cracks reform and we have them out again, I will revise my review. Best advice: Ask for the person doing the quote and doing the work to be the same person. read more

Very disappointed in the way the technician left our bathroom. Dust all over the floor and didn't put back on any fixtures he took off. He left them in a pile on the floor and left the tape all over everything. We weren't there at the time it was done and clearly he took advantage of that. I emailed the company/owner to inform them of the issue and they never responded. For this kind of money, I'd expect better service. I'd look elsewhere. read more

Unreliable & Untrustworthy Do not use this company! My husband and I built our house 2 years ago and have worked with many contractors throughout the entire process. However, Miracle Method treated us, by far, more poorly than anyone we've ever done business with. We were referred to them by a friend of ours, and a gentleman by the name of Ken came to our home to do the free consultation. He was very personable, professional and represented the company well. Due to their busy schedule, they were not able to fit us in for about a week, which was understandable. They ask you to block off 4-5 hours of time in your day for them to complete the work. A technician, Aaron, arrived at our house during the scheduled window, and as soon as I showed him the shower and explained to him what Ken had told us about needing to drill a hole and pump foam underneath the cracked area, Aaron informed me that he had no idea that's what would be needed for this job and needed to return to the shop to get his supplies. Aaron was nice, but it was very unimpressive that internal communication within the company was lacking considering he showed up without proper equipment. However, everyone makes mistakes, so he left to return to the shop and was supposed to be back in about 20 minutes. He called me 8 minutes after leaving and said he was sick and going home for the day. He assured me that his boss would be contacting me to reschedule. While this was an inconvenience, considering we had taken vacation time from work to be at home for the repair, we were nice about the situation and waited for a call. A lady by the name of Donna contacted us and apologized and gave us a few dates to choose from for rescheduling. We both agreed on a date/time, and the call ended. Four days go by, and it is now Monday - the day of our scheduled appointment for repair. I receive a missed call and voicemail 2 hours prior to to our appointment time from Donna asking me to call her. I returned her call promptly and she informed me that they didn't have anyone available to do the work as Mondays are very busy and all the technicians are out on jobs. Again, we had taken time off of work (for the SECOND time) for this to be completed. Donna said she was the manager, and after I explained to her that we had been promised BY HER that the work would be completed on Monday beginning at 1p and we expected her to stand by her word, she told me she would see if it was possible and would call me back. This call took place around 11:30a. By the time 2:30p rolled around, my husband placed a call to Donna asking why she had not called us back as she told me she would when we had spoken just hours earlier, and she lied saying that she was only going to call if she was able to work it out for a technician to come out to our home. This is NOT what was discussed, nor agreed upon. She asked if we wanted to reschedule (for the third time), which was almost humorous. While the initial consultation with Ken went very well and led us to believe we would be taken care of, that was not at all the case. We are now booking our repair with another company and are done with the Miracle Method run around. In summation, if you need work done and don't want to sit at home waiting for them to arrive and/or call you back, don't book Miracle Method. read more

I must update my review.! I hire this company to resurface my tub/shower unit. When the salesman came to my house and quoted my job, he explained that the tech would unhook my drain lines and plumbing to resurface my tub and it would be reconnected or if I wanted to replace them that I could purchase what I wanted from a supplier he would recommend and have new plumbing to go with my newly resurfaced tub. I chose not to install new plumbing as what I had looked fine and worked perfectly. The job took 2 days as he said it would but when I got home on day two there was a note that he couldn't get my drain lines reconnected and that I should call a plumber. I did. this was on July 17 - 18. After calling a plumber and paying $255.00, I sent the bill to Miracle Method for reimbursement. I received no reimbursement so I called Donna Tarpley (owner) several times and each time she had some excuse why it was someone else's (the plumber) fault she hadn't returned my calls or sent me a reimbursement. I told her that i wasn't sure what the plumber had to do with it and that I too was in the service industry and if my techs to to someone's house to do work and while there they break something I feel it's my place to fix it and should be her responsibility to pay for the repairs her tech left me a note to call the plumber because he couldn't do what was promised in my verbal conversation with her salesman. On Sept 7th after never receiving a return phone call i got an email telling me she wouldn't be paying for the repairs because my plumbing was old and it wasn't her fault and that her contract says she don't have to pay for old plumbing. Now mind you, if I lived in a new home I wouldn't have needed to have my tub resurfaced. Aren't all the homes needing this kind of service older homes? I am now disputing my charge with the credit card company and seeking legal advise to get my refund. BUYER BEWARE!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!! read more
