Should have called Miracle Method years ago! Our house's upstairs bathroom used by my sons has the original tub and fixtures. The structure of the tub is solid but the years of use had worn down the finish and it was impossible to have it appear clean. Despite getting quotes to rip out the tub and install a shower, I opted for working with Miracle Method. The cost for the alternative was above and beyond my budget. Our bathroom tile was great too so having a newly finished tub and drain kit installed has kicked off inspiration to begin updates. Getting a quote from Bobby was easy to schedule and because I couldn't be there during his visit I dialed him to discuss the details. He was patient and helpful. Calling to schedule my appointment was also fantastic. The lady assisting me was lovely. We got an appointment in only a week and I only had to put down a 10% deposit. Our technician arrived on time , both days. He was open to answering questions about his process and allowed us to step in periodically to see the work. The process does create a smell and you'll want to have some fans on hand if possible to circulate the air. Saying that, no issue to be near the space which is close to all of our bedrooms. I love the finished product. So proud to show it off and can't wait to update the space with new accessories, paint, etc. read more

Do not use them. My husband I had our tub done in November of 2023. Looked great for probably 2 seconds before everything started to peel. Had them come out summer of 2024 to fix the issues that were getting worse. Since then everything has continued to peel apart. My husband has been trying to get ahold of someone there to address the issue. We've sent pictures multiple times. We have one tub in our home and two small children. We are having to actively avoid using this tub to avoid more damage. They have left me no choice but to share our circumstance with the masses in hopes we can help deter people from using this company when making their decision. I can't find the invoice to see when this was done, but at least a year ago. My tub was fine except the bottom had prints of former non-skid stickers that had been removed. I was skeptical but called and had Miracle Method come and redo my tub. It is amazing. The prints are no longer there. In fact, the tub looks brand new. The person who did the work was Brian, but can't remember his last name. He was so careful as I had just had a new floor put down and new toilet and new paint. He covered everything up and made perfect grout lines. I would definitely recommend Miracle Method and hopefully you will get someone as good as Brian. read more

We had out bath tub resurfaced. It looked great, except the area under the faucet. Miracle method left the faucet dripping and it ruined that part of the tub. When we tried to get something scheduled fix it, they never returned our calls. Also, we would have to pay to have it fixed. Not totally satisfied with the customer service. read more

Miracle method did a great job I needed to have the drain stopper in my bathtub replaced they were able to put in a new drain stopper over the old one so I don't have to risk damaging my plumbing. We used Miracle Method to cut out part of our tub to install the clean cut kit, due to limited ability to step over the tub. Absolutely the best money we have spent in a while! Miracle Method resurfaced the counter tops in a home we purchased in a foreclosure sale. That was two years ago, and they are still beautiful. My son and daughter-in-law purchased the house and have not used any sort of cleaner on the countertops. They use only water and Norwex enviroclothes. So, this is an update to my previous review. On 3/23/18, I posted a 1 star review because of the non stop problems I had with scheduling, and with service. But I have to go on record and say that every problem I encountered was completely corrected. Not only was my shower pan repaired (and it looks really great!) I got exceptional customer service. The GM was incredibly attentive, and addressed every issue and concern personally despite the amount of time it took to fix the problems. This is my honest experience with this company. We originally had Miracle Method out to fix a crack in our bathtub. The first tech that came out was several HOURS late, hours. The work he did was poor quality and the crack showed through very shortly after. He made the bottom of our tub so rough...the second tech that came out said what he did is what they do to garage floors. In addition, the smell in my house was near unbearable. He was assigned to come back and again - HOURS late. When I finally got a hold of him he informed me he wasn't coming. We were assigned another tech who was again, very late. This tech was able to complete the job and there was no smell - which makes me wonder what was wrong the first time. I was told by the owner that it takes at least 1 year for the techs to get good at their job and he implied the first tech needed to learn more...so why he was going to be sent TWICE to a paying customer's home with no supervision is beyond me. The product and service from this company leaves much to be desired.The other suggestion I would make - ask not only if they DO background checks on employees, but for proof of it from 3-5 years back from the date a person was hired, including non-felony items if possible. Make sure you see a copy of that document and feel comfortable with it. read more
