We arrived, waited, then had an initial eye exam, back to the waiting room, then visual exams, back to the waiting room, then the eye doctor. And, the time we spent with the doctor was less than 20 minutes. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and wish we knew how the office runs, with stages and waiting. There were multiple patients who actually had to cancel and reschedule because they didn't realize they would be waiting so long. I'm not sure I would recommend this place, if you're looking for a quick appointment or be prepared with a book or iPods, for your waiting time.

When making my appointment, they were up front that this service does not go through insurance, and how much it would be. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly and the waiting room had such a homey feeling! There were couches in addition to chairs to wait in as well as an artificial fireplace. I had to wait about 20 minutes, but when Mackenzie came to get me for the service, she was so friendly! She explained the process to me so I knew what to expect. She was so friendly, and we talked throughout the process. It was painless and took about 15 minutes. She made sure to get all the remaining liquid out and sent me home with a little goodie bag as well.

For those of you that don't want to read the entirety of my review, I will summarize my experince:…read more Dr. McClelland was able do for me what 8+ specialists were unable to do over the course of 13 years. Dr. McClelland changed my life for the better. My results were not only beneficial, they exceeded my expectations. In the past, I was an MMA athlete. Through many years of training I acquired scar tissue in my nose as a result of breaks & impacts. 13 years ago I decided to consult with a Dr who could potentially fix the issue so I could breath and perform better. The Dr decided it was best to have Bilateral Turbinate reduction. The Dr. used an older, less popular technique, and it resulted in several problems. long story short -- the surgery had made my problem much worse. I ended up with more scar tissue, in addition to that, I had a new problem, my turbinates were swollen constantly as a result of the surgery. This made it difficult to breath during workouts, I had to wear a nose strip to bed every night if I wanted a decent night's sleep (Which I did for 13 years), and I would often wake up in the morning feeling dehydrated. Over the course of 13 years I visited several Drs. Most of the time I was told "there is nothing wrong", which there clearly was, or "you need to see a plastic surgeon for reconstruction", but I did not want a nose job, or "Wear a nose strip or an insert", but I did not want to have to do that for the rest of my life! 13 years was enough. Fast forward to Dr. McClelland -- I am going to make this quick, because frankly, the whole experince WAS quick. The staff was friendly, Dr. McClelland listened to my story and my concerns and answered every question I had. He recommended a CAT scan to see what was going on, which no other Dr did over the course of 13 years. He discovered that my turbinates were oversized. He scheduled a corrective surgery a couple weeks later. I showed up to his office for a 1 hr outpatient procedure, and my life was changed for the better. Now here I am after 13 years of dealing with this issue, being told nothing could be done or nothing was wrong, after a couple office visits over the course of a few weeks, and a 1 hr procedure -- Dr. McClelland has changed my life for the better. I wish I would have found him sooner. P.S. - I haven't had to wear a nose strip since the procedure and my cardio & endurance during my workouts has tripled! Dr. Hall listens when you ask questions and never makes you fell less than intelligent, no matter what you ask. His bedside manner is top notch. You may have to wait a bit when seeing him. But it is well worth it!! I would be happy to wait 2 hours, just to see him, though we have never had to wait anywhere near that long. Dr. Hall is excellent with children as well! My children, now 21 and 19, and my husband and I have had only great experiences with Dr. Hall. His nurse, Nancy, is fantastic too! You can usually schedule an "emergency" appointment, if you are sick, the same day you call... if you call first thing in the morning. We have seen other doctors at Matthews Family Physicians as well the nurse practitioner. Although they are not Dr. Hall, I have never been dissatisfied with the care we have received. You can have you blood work done and x-rays taken right there too!

I can't control my cycle that happened to come the evening before my Pap smear. I must pay for each visit in full. The front desk receptionist offered me to come in for part of the visit. Who was going to pay for the next visit?! I spoke to the director/management Antoinette I think it was and she said it was nothing she could do to help me because rules are rules. I explained to her the stress I endured that caused my cycle to be off and she still did not care. Do not waste your money or your time on such unapologetic, unrealistic, and unprofessional establishment. As I told the lady who said there was nothing she could do to help me. Thank you for allowing me to take my business elsewhere because you all do not deserve it. I rather go to an out of network doctor who actually cares for patients.
