They could of easily told him to come next week but they called back back several times and told him to come in right away even though they were closing in 30 minutes! They stayed open for 2 hours past closing to clean his ears, gave him his hearing test and filled out his paperwork! They did not have to do this but they put the needs of their patients first. To assure a smooth transition, Ali patiently had me return for many follow up visits, even coming out to the parking lot to adjust my car radio. I have recently moved to a newer model and I must say, with out exaggeration, my life has been changed. Due to the improvements over the last 7 years, I am hearing better than ever. Ali knew exactly the right time to have me move on to this model and did not pressure me at all, giving me a 2 month trial to make sure they were right for me. I highly recommend him.

Dr Saeed is much more efficient. Didn't check my body at all, no lung no ekg. was only concerned about my diabetes, which I go to an endocrinologist for that. not happy with the visit, not thorough at all.
