I never had any cavities growing up. But suddenly with new ownership I was needing a drill and fill EVERY VISIT. Switched to a new practice and have not had any new fillings in 5+ years! No change to my diet, dental routine etc... Beware of unnecessary procedures here. At first, I was impress...the hygienist was niece and gentle...during the crowning, more hands in my mouth, evidently they let their students to work on it...there was one that her hands so stinky even she uses the gloves...and here comes the help, she wasn't even use a gloves...I didn't complain because they're doing my crown and scared if they get mad and let me suffered more for staying longer sat there with their students...so, since that happen, I never came back... read more

I was looking for a new dentist as our previous dentist no longer accepted our insurance and after careful review of my network options and scouring yelp reviews, I ended up here with Dr. Pham. Be warned, the first appointment they will not do a cleaning even if you have kept up on your cleanings. They had to do an exam only and X-rays, plus this very uncomfortable mouth scan, and give me a full diagnosis of everything they thought I needed. In my first appointment I was told I needed two crowns and three TINY cavities filled. I said I will have to think about the crowns, but we can fill the cavities. I have never had a dentist mention anything about crowns to me. I came back a second time for my cleaning and cavities, and they filled the cavities very fast with no numbing needed, but the cleaning was abhorrent. I have never experienced such a poor job. When the assistant was polishing she was rubbing it all over my gums, which was very painful. Also, apparently I had to do the mouth scan yet again and she went over ONE section of my teeth about hundred times. After all of that, I was told by Dr. Pham that she missed a cavity and that is far worse than the other ones and I had to come back yet AGAIN to fill it. Dr. Pham also pushed on me HARD to get me to start Invisalign, saying my teeth were going to FALL OUT of my head if I didn't. Again, never had a dentist say anything but glowing reviews of my teeth. I She was so very stressed about this and my missed cavity that she left the room in a huff. Okay, I said, I'll come back yet again for the cavity and think about the Invisalign. Invisalign was $4,000 ya'll. The crowns for some reason were not mentioned again. Strange... So I come back a THIRD time now for the final cavity. I am numbed by the tech (had different techs every time btw) and the dentist comes in, takes one look at the tooth, and says oh that's not a cavity, we don't need to do anything today. WHAT?! Then Dr. Pham says, so do you want to start your crowns then? NOPE NOT WITH YOU! Do not go to this dentist, they are scammers looking to take every cent off of you. I went home with numbed mouth for a make believe cavity. Needles to say, still looking for a new dentist. read more

Would not use Pham. Re did my fillings that were not necessary. Every procedure I had, I had to go back. When I did, would get attitude. Could feel residue and film left on my teeth. You will not be seen one on one. There will be multiple patients and the doctor will go go back n forth to multitask. read more

I always feel very calm and relaxed when I'm in the office. I have never had to wait. I am in the process of getting crowns, implants and bridges. So far they've done an outstanding job in the entire experience is pain free. I thought the implant would be somewhat painful in that they drill the abutment into the jawbone. In order to do this they have to peel the gum back to expose the bone. When the Deadening agent wore off I felt slight discomfort but no pain. Great bunch of professionals! read more

Redoing my review years later from 5 stars to 1. BE. CAREFUL. I'm realizing now that I didn't need like 10 proactive fillings out of no where, these people kind of... "profit"... from "preliminarily fixing" the problems you don't have yet. Every few years you will have to have these "fixes" refixed. There were also no men or black people working here, and it's important that black men realize what it means to patronize places that don't necessarily promote people like you. read more

I have been going to Miracle Dental, Dr. Ann Pham pretty much since they opened about 14 years ago. When I came I was SO afraid of going to the dentist because of some bad experiences I've had. Dr. Pham helped me so much. She was so patient with me, took her time and fixed my teeth so good. I began to be less afraid because I trusted her. Now 14 years later I am fine and not afraid or anxious because of her. My entire family and some friends come here and would never go anywhere else. I went to this dental office and a Dr Tran attended to me. He insisted I had to have deep cleaning when I only went in for annual 6-month cleaning. He said a possible falsehood that his Nevada dental license will be taken away if he did not do the deep cleaning based on his diagnosis. As a first-time patient, I was treated with respect and courtesy by all staff members and Dr. Trihn. The staff was very calm and easy to talk with, the doctor was very upfront and honest about my dental issue(s)...of which I have many, and do appreciate the straightforwardness. Unfortunately, I have dental issues that can't be fixed in one visit, so I'll be returning for a number of future visits. I don't know all the staff names yet, so I can't recognize any of them by name yet, but they were very good with/to me. My insurance coverage was explained in detail so that there aren't any surprises in the future. It was no trouble to call in for an appointment and they worked with my schedule (and my insurance) very well. Although I'm not proud of this necessarily, I broke a Miracle Dental record today in having EIGHT cavities filled in one visit. Never before have they filled that many cavities on a single patient during a single visit, of course, they probably never had a patient with 8 cavities at the same time either, but I digress. Dr. Pham had me in and out in just 30 minutes filling all 8 of my cavities. No pain at all as she's always so caring and gentle plus, she knows just how to appease the clients who typically "hate" going to the dentist (that's me) - see above regarding having 8 cavities. Also they tried that with me selling me extra unnecessary procedures, The issue is they use scare tactics with pictures to push extra unnecessary services. read more
