We recently hosted a Ford Motor Company product launch and celebrated the grand opening of RTR Off-Road, our new business in Farmington, NM. Over three days of events for more than 300 guests, Wendy and her incredible family helped us create beautiful dining experiences both at our facility and out on the trails of Chokecherry Canyon. From quality tables, chairs, and beautiful linens that created a fine dining atmosphere to the incredible lighting that transformed our outdoor VIP dinner into a magical evening under the stars, they absolutely nailed it! To say they're flexible is an understatement! As the event planner, I was on pins and needles watching the weather leading up to our outdoor dinner. Wendy and her family rolled with every curveball, made themselves available for endless back-and-forth planning, and even navigated challenging off-road trails with trucks and trailers in tow to make it all happen. They genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life, and it showed in everything they did. Beyond their exceptional service and very reasonable pricing, they're simply some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. A truly wonderful family-owned business that goes above and beyond! I can't wait to host more events in Farmington, not only to work with Any Event Rentals again, but to catch up with Wendy and her amazing family. Can't recommend them highly enough!!
