I was so disgusted hearing this knowing I have family staying here. 2nd incidence occurred and I heard her cussing and using vulgar language towards another worker. This is totally unacceptable behavior and if this is a direct reflection on Kingston I would advise to not come here. I'm strongly considering moving my grandma some place else
