They always paid on time and any other staff I met from the agency were great girls who clearly loved working with children. I believe they also do a 'home help' type of service for the elderly - a lady on my street uses this and has told me in the past she usually has lovely girls come to help her. Was very bizarre and despite being told on the phone it was ready and making a 200 mile trip to collect it, only to discover it was sitting untouched for months. People responsible didn't even take responsibility for their actions. The in house tailor Terry was fantastic though and gave an excellent service to try and alleviate the problem! The jewels in here definitely have a fun edge to them, and are certainly fashionable, so this is a good option for browsing when you want something that's less high street trinket, and more quality fashion jewellery that you can wear over and over without worrying about it falling to pieces. There are still more expensive, special occasion items to be found here, like the Gucci watches, and as watches go, I'm quite a fan of the Juicy Couture cream numbers that Laing also stock. They've recently brought in a range of Mancini rings, which are excellent, because you just buy whichever band you want from the range, and they're all really reasonably priced, then you can keep coming back and buying different colours of stones to team with the band, as they're detachable. I asked when the box will reach the destination, the person said Monday/Tuesday. It all sounded suitable, so I fulfilled the form with all the details and paid with credit card for packing and sending it (packing= 10£ sending = 40£) very satisfied in term of pricing. Later on during the week (Wednesday), an email was sent to me with the detail of the shipment and the address was incorrect (the wrong house number) and the email was meant to be sent to the receiver.I contacted Mail Boxes ETC by phone, they checked my address and they assured me that the box will arrive home. Apparently the mistake was only in the email sent content. I also informed him that I was told it will reach the destination by Monday or Tuesday, the person replied it was an approximation and no promises were given. After my experience with Mail Boxes ETC considering the price I would say this company is a good alternative. In term of customer service they were friendly, warm and quite casual yet I would rate it average mainly because they expected me to know about the verity of services Mail Boxes ETC offer and decide on my own. If you are lazy ( like me) and know nothing nor bothered to know much :D with a desperate desire of having your parcel packed and sent while paying a bit more for extra peace of mind in this case, maybe Mail Boxes ETC is not the best option. It is slick and professional-looking, which helps to add to the credibility of the company. I couldn't fault the job they did for me, and have given them a rating of 3 stars.
