I was given a Corvid test put in a room to wait for results and to be seen by the doctor. The lady doctor said I did have Corvid and I would need to stay home for five days and use over the counter medication. I would have gotten medication for these systems I was experiencing in the past, but because I had Corvid I should go home and fight it on my own. Sacred Hearts protocol seems to be more important to some doctors than treating the sick. I asked this doctor if she prescribed Ivermectin and that answer was no. My Grandson and my Son's mother in law and several others were treated with Ivermectin and recover in a few days. I went home and called Pro Health Medical Clinic in Pensacola and was given the help I needed. I picked up the Ivermectin and three other drugs to help me get over the Corvid. After five days with fever, chills, body aches and upset stomach I am into day two taking the medications and my temperature is normal this morning and I am feeling better. Thank you Pro Health Medical Clinic. I will never again use Sacred Heart Urgent Care Center in Pace.

We were there for awhile , my Dad was sitting in the car I went out to get him so he knew everything was ok. The Dr on call was very nice. Did a good job talking to my Mom and trying to help her. Very shortly after that the Triage Nurse called me in and my vitals were taken, then I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room because they were full. I went back to the waiting room at 8:50pm at which time I was taken back to a "FAST TRAK" room. Trust me......that was no "FAST TRAK". I could hear the doctor in other rooms but by 10pm when no one even bothered to check in on me, I left. I even asked the nurses if the door I was pointing to was the way out and they responded yes. I was checked in-YES I was triaged-YES I was NEVER treated medically by a nurse or doctor!!! I am still having issues and will seek medical care elsewhere due to the treatment I received at this location. And.....I don't expect to receive a bill for treatment I NEVER received. I went to that location because I have had stellar service there previously. I'm not sure what has happened to make this experience so BAD. It is BROKE and they desperately need to FIX IT !!! Monday labs were supposed to be ordered stat and I was told I would get a call Monday afternoon for clarity with what's going on. The lab did not get my results stat and now I may not have answers until Wednesday. Hours and days matter when you're in the middle of a medical crisis. It can mean the difference between having time to intervene or it being too late. Please don't leave your health or urgent medical care up to this lab. UPDATE: The lab sent my results to the wrong provider for review and we are missing the critical component I was supposed to be tested for. There has been absolutely no urgency to get results or interventions to me when time is of the essence. I found out they didn't even run the correct labs for me. So now the results I needed urgently Monday afternoon won't be available to me until sometime on Wednesday. I cannot put into words how frustrating, disappointing, and incompetent the care I have received at this laboratory has been. Care is too generous of a word for what I have received here.

Dr. MacNeal and his staff, Allison, Misty, Bonnie, Jordyn, Allyson, and Brianna are awesome. I had an aggressive squamous skin cancer on my hand. I'm 70, so I'm no stranger to doctors. I can tell you it would be hard to find such a thoughtful, caring surgeon and staff all in one! They answered all of my concerns and are patience. Allison greets you at the front deck like your family, but she is professional. The rest of the staff as mentioned, treats you with respect and compassion. It is very stressful to have a prognosis of cancer, but a caring and concerned surgeon and staff can make all the difference, believe me. Thank you all for the care I continue to receive. Upon entering, I was asked to fill the required paperwork, which I did, and returned it. Had an appointment for 3 pm and waited for approximately 20 minutes when I was asked to give a "urine specimen". It didn't register at first, but, I do take a medication for hyperactivity. Well, I was placed in a room, and repeatedly asked for a urine specimen. I finally asked what this had to do with my visit, and finally was told that I was being given a drug screen. I immediately picked up my belongings and left the facility. Now, since I am in the medical field, and have been for the last 30 yrs, I finally have to seek out the input of my peers, and I am run up like some common drug addict. I was thoroughly embarrassed and would never venture to this facility ever again.
