I was given a Corvid test put in a room to wait for results and to be seen by the doctor. The lady doctor said I did have Corvid and I would need to stay home for five days and use over the counter medication. I would have gotten medication for these systems I was experiencing in the past, but because I had Corvid I should go home and fight it on my own. Sacred Hearts protocol seems to be more important to some doctors than treating the sick. I asked this doctor if she prescribed Ivermectin and that answer was no. My Grandson and my Son's mother in law and several others were treated with Ivermectin and recover in a few days. I went home and called Pro Health Medical Clinic in Pensacola and was given the help I needed. I picked up the Ivermectin and three other drugs to help me get over the Corvid. After five days with fever, chills, body aches and upset stomach I am into day two taking the medications and my temperature is normal this morning and I am feeling better. Thank you Pro Health Medical Clinic. I will never again use Sacred Heart Urgent Care Center in Pace.

We were there for awhile , my Dad was sitting in the car I went out to get him so he knew everything was ok. The Dr on call was very nice. Did a good job talking to my Mom and trying to help her. She prescribed medication and said to follow up if we need to. Definitely a place to go if you need attention right away and it's not a emergency.

I have had a heart attack which resulted in a stint being placed on my heart. I had a broken neck which resulted in fusion of C4 thru C7 in the cervical spine, a compression fracture of T12 and herniation of L3 thru L5 of the lower lumbar. I have had 2 GI bleeds which resulted in 4 blood transfusions and I have arthritist in all joints some of which resulted in recessions at some joints - So you can see my pain can be intense. It took this doctor over 2 months to get me an initial consult with a pain management doctor which is scheduled for next week! I just finally saw a cardiologist yesterday and have yet to see a GI doctor. Her entire staff is just as inept as she is. All of my doctors in Colorado expedited my medical paper work to this doctor's office over 2 weeks ago and yet they claim that they are not sure they even received them - yet every doctor in Colorado has assured me they sent the records. Maybe the administration at the Santa Rosa Medical Center should question why this doctor is not practicing for the Air Fore any longer, or why she isn't at the practice in Niceville, FL anymore, or why she isn't at the Ft Walton Beach, FL practice anymore??? How long will it be before the nice folks in Milton realize that she is not the right fit for their town either . . . maybe it's time for her Air Force husband to get reassigned somewhere else so that she can start anew again. Either way - STOP!! Stay away from this clinic!! Go to West Florida Medical, or Baptist Medical, or Scared Heart Medical - I hate to tell the people in Pace and Milton to go farther away to receive medical assistance . . . but you do want MEDICAL ASSISTANCE right???

Times have been anywhere from early morning to later evenings, and I have not had reason to complain over the service. For me, it has been similar to my experience with most doctor's offices with a scheduled appointment. This most recent time was after the renovation of their facility. The update and modern feel is appreciated. It definitely has a more professional feel. Every time I've been in, check-in has been quick. Personnel are friendly and kind. Depending on how many people are waiting, it has been reasonable wait times to get back into a room. Certainly, every situation will be unique and different, but I feel that this location's convenience, hours of operation, and service warrants consideration to use when the need arises.

this place SUCKS! it smells like feet. the staff does not care about you. this might be a TMI but i…read morewas going in for a UTI and scared it was going to my kidneys or i had kidney stones. i was in pain 7/10 and asked them for ibuprofen at least and they made me sit in the waiting room for 4 HOURS IN PAIN while the receptionist was giggling with the cleaning lady. and they forgot about me. i ended up shuffling to the my car in pain to find my ibuprofen that i had in the car. when they saw me go outside then they asked me 10 min later to take some meds they had AFTER 4 hours i specifically told them when i walked in here for "URGENT CARE" and later they brought me in took CT SCANS and then told me of you didnt sign this paperwork since we are charging you as ER VISIT. i said what do you mean??? im here for urgent care and she "thats unfortunate" i told her i did not consent to that and im not signing the papers and im going home. i went in at 6:00 and left at 11:30. and they told me nothing was wrong with me when ive been having severe pain and urgency to use the restroom. and i hot up and left. They are unorganized. They don't care about you. They just care about taking your money. It was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had at a hospital. I've never wanna go through that ever again, and I recommend anybody who decides to choose these people to run the other way.

The radiology department refused to do my mri of my wrist. They were absolutely rude about it. I was given the paperwork from rheumatology at 2:00. They wanted to call me and make an appointment at at later time bc they were "booked." There was only one person in the waiting room. I was there from 10:30-3:00 for appointments and asked to please get my MRI today so I didn't have to drive back. Rhematology told me to go down there (I was told they could do walk ins), but they refused me when they didn't have to.... There was no one in the office. They just didn't want to take a patient. They figure they make the same hourly wage regardless how they treat people and regardless if they help people. This MCC made prob 5k on my from my insurance today, but they couldn't help me. The lady up front was incredibly rude about it. An older lady, heavy set, with grey long hair and a stormy disposition. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was in charge herself. She would email Kaitlyn maze. What a way to treat your patients. Not a place I'll be getting any MRIs done at. My insurance money can go elsewhere. Called and let them know how their employees were treating their patients.
