Please consider seeking care somewhere (literally anywhere) else. I have never received worse care…read morein my life. I am not basing this on one experience, but several. This last visit was the last straw however. Why did I keep going back? Well, it's usually the clinic I can be seen at same day and it's very close to my house, so while care has never been too high of quality here, being a busy mom, it usually suffices when I need a zpack or for minor issues. The provider saw me on Monday & told me to call back if I developed a fever. I did so I tried to call. The phone number listed was not the correct clinic, so I had to be rerouted. Twice. After 25 minutes on hold, I still did not get the correct location but the person who answered this time said they'd give the provider my message. 24 hours go by, no call back. I then get a text with a link for a follow up telehealth visit. So seeing as I'm sicker now, I take it. I wait for the visit the next day and log in. It is with a random provider at a different location and they apparently had no access to the provider's notes from Monday so it was like starting over. After me telling her how my symptoms have gotten worse, she informs me there's nothing she can do beyond cough medicine (what?) and to schedule an in-person appointment. Super, super frustrating. I understand telehealth visits have limitations but there was zero effort to examine me virtually and felt almost as if she was just trying to rush me off the phone. I did not feel heard or well-cared for as I have in other telehealth appointments elsewhere. There is a severe lack of quality of care here. They have clearly given up. Please do not waste your time or money at any of these branches. Legacy ER is next door and 100% the extra few bucks. Lesson learned!!

Staff was entirely different from my first experience. The doctor is great, and I had no complaints towards her. She was very sweet and helpful. However her front staff was not that case. The lady that handles the insurance claims, is also the nurse prior to seeing the doctor. She gives major attitude and backtalks. She asked me the location of my Walgreens pharmacy. I told her on Midway. She said "ok" as if she knew which one. Never asked the address to confirm. After it was too late bc the doctor had already electronically sent the prescription, I find out she had sent to a Walgreens that doesnt even have Midway in its intersection. It's off Preston and Frankford. Had I not double checked, I would've never known where she sent it. After hours of not being able to get my prescription at my pharmacy, sick in bed, im told then i can just come get the written prescription. Which I had asked for, prior to leaving. Poor front staff can truly ruin it for doctors. Staff prior, was totally different. Also, front lobby, dirty. Not a single water bottle in the fridge for patients, unlike prior visit. TVs in there but all off. If it were just the doctor, id give higher

This is typical of many physicians and understandable as they usually like to hear it to diagnose. I get it, it's dismissive but normal. He then told me, 'he's not even congested'. Even though, I had just washed off his nose prior to him coming in and he still had crusted residue on his upper lip. Why would he dismiss him for not seeing snot run out at that exact moment? Did he think I don't know what congestion is? Croup is often worse at night and can be fine during the day, but he informed me it had to be consistent. That is actually not true, so very weird he said that. Maybe he was referring to a more minute part of the croup symptoms? He said he wouldn't give an infant a steroid, which I understand. I didn't ask for one and it's not the only treatment option. But then, he didn't give any advice on how to help my child at home. No mention of anything (e.g. humidifier, nebulizer, Motrin). Nothing was offered beyond 'I won't give an infant a steroid'? I brought my infant in because the day prior and this morning he was drooling excessively, as a baby who doesn't drool and the barking cough was now present after serval days of a cold. He didn't even ask about drooling, which is an indicator for throat pain. All my observations were shut down. Felt like a very worthless office visit with no actual assistance. Seems like a great guy, but not a great communicator, thorough examiner or helpful doctor. Weird and not worth the money.

As if that cannot be done simultaneously like other hospitals. We needed empathy and urgency. The administrative can and should've been done later in my opinion. 2. The staff appeared nervous and unsure. As if newly experienced. I had to ask them to run a specific test which the nurse's response was "oh. I should've thought to do that." 3. They do not have important equipment onsite. We needed to come in for an ultrasound abruptly, which they do not have the machine onsite. Luckily, they had an existing appointment 1hr after we arrived, where another person needed one too; so they had already planned for the machine expert to travel onsite, but had that not been pre-planned then we likely would've needed to go elsewhere. 4. Wait times. The wait time to be seen (after check in) was quick, but the time to receive the care mentioned above was very long. We arrived around 8:50am. Were in the back getting the basics (IV, bp, answering basic questions) at 9am. We expected the ultrasound representative onsite at 9:45am, but did not receive until ~ 10:15 Overall- It's a nice, clean, friendly place for sure. Best for basic care. But it doesn't not appear to be the best place to go for advanced care when you truly need it.

This has been the best experience I have had in my entire 24 years of life. From the lady at check in, nurse, bloodwork, doctor, check out - every single person was kind, gentle, and caring. I've been looking for a primary care doctor that made me feel heard, cared for, and human rather than just another annoying appointment they needed out of the office within 5 minutes. I'm now going to recommend Dr. Steven Overn to all my friends & family.

That 3rd time I called, I explained my situation and the service rep offered to call the office for me...I waited on hold for her to try to get through TWICE! They never answered! They make it clear when u call, they want you to use the app and I do most of the time. But for goodness sake?!?! I needed to speak with a person about a timely issue and apparently there are none there to answer the phones.

I am convinced that their business plan is to collect as many fees as possible, in the shortest amount of time with the least effort. Today's issue surrounds my daughter's (21) visit for vomiting and diarrhea. In fewer than 10 minutes, they evaluated her, gave her a Zofran, charged me $70 and sent her home. She received no tests to determine the source of her symptoms. I called to ask why they didn't test her for anything and was told that she declined testing and they can't force anyone to take tests. I asked for more information and they said they asked her if she was "concerned" about flu, strep, covid, etc. She answered that she was not "concerned" about it. She never said that she did not wat to be tested. I told them that we were coming back for her to be properly evaluated and to rule out any viral or bacterial concerns, as she is returning to college across the country this week and I did not want to send her back without diagnosis, elimination of cause of treatment. I needed to be sure that she had been appropriately evaluated. The staff's attitudes were rude and confrontational. When we arrived, they were even more rude and maintained that asking a patient, who is not medically trained if they are concerned about a disease is the same as declining testing. The put us in a room and proceeded to talk about us while we waited for the "Dr.". One even said " I guess today is the day I get fired, because I am not putting up with this". I spoke with the "Dr." and she eventually acknowledged that their line of questioning was indeed open ended and could lead to a misunderstanding. The tests were ordered and we concluded our visit. At no time was I unprofessional. I never made personal statements about the staff, and I absolutely never threatened or even hinted at a threat of violence. I was absolutely annoyed and asked specific questions, and wholeheartedly disagreed with their assertion that asking if someone is concerned with something is the same as asking for approval to test. We will NEVER visit this facility again. This is the THIRD consecutive time I have had a bad experience. It was really great when it opened. I have no idea what happened. We will also be switching from this health care system as a whole due to our family's experiences here. I will take my money elsewhere. Should Texas Breeze wish to respond contradicting my experience, I urge you to watch and listen to the security tapes first before you deny my experience or indicate that I was aggressive. I am guessing that is why you called the security guard to be there during our return visit....Yes. We noticed. He left as soon as we did. That was not necessary and certainly did not intimidate us as I am sure you had hoped.
