This morning I felt like crap and headed to the 27th and Pine Lake location. There was some kid in a suit and tie as the receptionist. First of all, he didn't look happy to be there at all, and second he didn't look like he knew what he was doing. I called the 86th location previously to me going to the 27th location and they said I didn't need my ID since I've been going for a while. This kid wouldn't budge on me not having my ID as I'm over here coughing and short of breath. So I had to leave and drive 15 min out of my way to come to the 86th location. How pathetic.

On my last visit they had the nerve to say "gosh I don't have any idea what could be wrong. Maybe go to the ER". What? When I googled my issues and showed the PA they said yup that might be your issue. "You will need to get that checked out". HELLO isn't that why I am here!? This walk-in clinic gives false hope of being treated. They take your money and put a band aid over your issue and then tell you to make an appointment with a REAL doctor. I have been living in a fuzzy world long enough. One realizes how important eyesight is when you don't have it. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Webber treated me kindly and respectfully. He really cared about discovering the right prescription for me to have optimal vision. Through trial and error, Dr. Weber was confident he could help me. It took a couple visits to give me 20/20 vision. He was patient with me and confident he could make me see clearly. They had a wide selection of eyeglass frames. The optician that helped me was friendly and super knowledgeable. I got fitted for contacts and eyeglasses. I was impressed how they work as a team. It was clean. It looks like they dust a lot. They take pride in the appearance of the store. I was shocked how reasonable the cost was for eyeglasses and daily disposable contracts. This office, staff, and doctor went up and beyond to meet my vision needs.
