The lady listened and then told me that I could not be serviced as they 'aren't taking anymore walk-in's' I thought that when you ingest chemicals that it was important, but I guess urgent cares are allowed to turn you away for that. If you ingest chemicals make sure you know they 'aren't accepting walk-in's'.

I have had an amazing Naturopathic Doctor for 15 years in another state that has been the only one to have any knowledge to help me with severe auto-immune disorders and tricky thyroid issues. He called to tell me that he "does not believe in that model of care" and "does not believe in Naturopathic Doctors" and was not even willing to call mine. He then added he would not "just drop me" but would write me one more script for my thyroid medicine. Gee... thanks - considering that if I do not have thyroid meds I could get very sick and eventually slip into a fatal coma (which almost happen a while back with another negligent doctor). My husband had a similar experience, yet not as bad. He went in because he could barely walk with back issues. He was basically told that he is getting old (he is 40) and does manual labor and shouldn't expect much, and because he doesnt have money they won't order tests for him. My husband felt like the doctor made up his mind and stopped listening before he even finished describing his issues and what he has already done to help. The FNP then said he "would probably fail at PT". Who tells their patient that?! You might say it will be tough, it might be a challenge fitting it in or sticking with it, or it might not work for you - but why would a doctor phrase it that way?

My CDL had been downgraded. Ended up costing over 500 to get my CDL back online after two months. Was not able to accept employment and have lost thousands being unable to start work in November. It turns out after speaking with the FMSCA Charlotte Mazzeo Campbell had not made a single report since 2023. So every CDL medical exam she has performed since 2023 has been a criminal act. Speaking with Charlotte Mazzeo Campbell she excepts no responibility for her criminal actions and does not immediately issue a refund. Just a promise to pay in the future. She closed her office several years ago (did away with phone, internet, office staff) and has been operating unlicenced since that time.

And then this woman started barking at me because I wasn't in my room. We started in triage 1 and then went to a different room (I don't know the room number) briefly before I was sent to the bathroom. I didn't know what room I was supposed to go to afterwards, and this woman kept badgering me, asking me why I was standing there and who I was waiting for. I pointed right at my doctor and said that's who I'm waiting for. My doctor then pointed in the direction of the room so I started walking that way, but the other woman started following me. At this point, I told her to back off. The woman eventually told me what room I was supposed to go to, so I went, and lucky me, the old lady followed me in there. My doctor finally came back and stood in the doorway while she told me my next steps, but I couldn't hear her because the other woman would not stop talking. The woman gave me some meds to take, and I took them with only one sip of water and started to leave. She said I needed to drink more water, but I told her she was being rude, and I wanted to leave. I went to my car and drank a bottle of water on the ride home. I was looking forward to getting the survey texted to me, but guess what, it never came. Didn't see that one coming. Anyway, it has been 5 days and I haven't gotten my results back either. I'm starting to wonder if my interaction with that woman is now affecting how the process typically works after the patient leaves the office. My confidence in the place is pretty low right now.
