Boiler constantly breaking down, the never mend it properl. Their emergency service is awful called…read moreme at 1 am (after calling them at 5 pm until 7pm having to request called back as no one answers the phones) and put the phone down so it looks like they have called you. I was number 5 in the queue for a long time so I have my son and daughter call at same time and we were all number 5 in the queue... funny that.... Deceitful, dishonest and dreadful company. Treats housing association Tennants like peasants.

great bunch of guys reliable honest and most of all good quality workmanship…read more first time using a builder and these guys were reliable and did long hours they kept to the payment and works plan we agreed to and completed ahead of schedule. they did not ask for final payment until i was happy with all the works undertaken, will definatly be using these guys again many thanks mark
