Boiler constantly breaking down, the never mend it properl. Their emergency service is awful called me at 1 am (after calling them at 5 pm until 7pm having to request called back as no one answers the phones) and put the phone down so it looks like they have called you. I was number 5 in the queue for a long time so I have my son and daughter call at same time and we were all number 5 in the queue... funny that.... Deceitful, dishonest and dreadful company. This morning an engineer came and disconnected my boiler because he says it's at risk. This is legally wrong as I have not received any notice let alone an indication of what could be done to resolve the problem, I will now call the police and file a report against this company. Hot water is the first necessity for a family and no one can afford to come and disconnect the boiler without first notifying them. This has to be the WORST company in london. They installed a combi boiler and after a month still my heating is not working. They send 3 people and still were not able to install a simple 2 wire neat thermostat. And every time a i make a appointment i get the same thing, we will send someone, we will call you back and still no one comes. very unprofessional, unclean and unsafe! I would stay well away from them. the best alternative to contacting BSW for a heating problem is to burn your money and ask anyone else alive to look at your boiler. read more

This company was called out to rectify a boiler problem under their contract with Thames Valley Housing. The resident who is in her Eighties and live alone had not heating or hot water in very cold weather. They're only getting this because I have to rate them. This is the second day I've taken off work to have a part fitted to my heating system. The first time they decided to cancel without telling me, today they have called me to say the part isn't available despite me calling them yesterday to make sure they were still coming. Apparently they book the jobs in before they even know the parts will be there which means it's hit and miss as to whether they turn up and lots of wasted leave if they don't. I have no option but to use them as they are the heating contractors my landlord uses otherwise I'd vote with my feet. read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, unproffessional and rude. Service and enginners don't know what they are doing, 3 different ones showed up and none of them knew or were able to fix issue with my boiler, I was the one that ended up diagnosing problem and has now been over 2 months issue still now fixed!!!! I had my boiler serviced by another contractor and was told I needed both a new boiler and radiators. I called BSW for a second opinion and they identified it was only the pump that was at fault. Paul did a brilliant job replacing the pump and now my central heating is working as new again. Just shows you the difference a company with a good engineer such as Paul can make to the end result in respect of both performance and cost. Cannot recommend BSW highly enough. read more

This organisation provides extremely ... This organisation provides extremely poor service. So far I have had to endure: -Incorrectly booked appointment by customer service team - Rescheduled appointments by the organisation without informing me (the client) that the appointment has been changed by them without reason. This was really frustrated me as I waited all day for the engineer to only phone in and be told that the appointment had been changed. - Lack of candour from organisation - No show engineer and no reason given for missed appointments. I have had 4 appointments where engineers did not turn up for the appointments. - Lying engineers who say they came to said address and no one opened the door even though they never did - Still awaiting repair for gas system since November 2017 and its now end of Jan 2018 -No responses from organisation about complaints sent via email - No apologies or recognition of poor service by organisation. I would have preferred to give this business a zero star rating. This company was hired by the landlord and not me. I have also sent a complaint to the landlord about this company. read more
