I brought it in to BAM! and not only did they clean it they also adjusted the wattage (something I could have done had I read the instructions). We lowered my nic level and low and behold! Magic! They were very helpful and understanding while working with this old lady and I really appreciate their kindness. I also like that they have a system where you can test the type/flavor of juice before you buy. Highly recommend this shop for your vaping needs. Thank you so much for your help and kindness! I hate the vape sub-culture more than I hate Kirby sales-people. A bunch of people blowing clouds because it's hip and acting like know-it-alls about the industry. No way, not for me. She had a combative attitude and almost seemed like she didn't want me to buy anything. My husband was there and had the same sort of interaction but with another product. I decided to not even get the vape juice because of the way she handled the whole interaction. I have shopped her many times with a great result and great service, but I don't think I will be shipping there anymore due to her behavior.
