Staff is friendly, care is top notch, and some of the staff bring in their cute & friendly doggies! They submit claims directly to your insurance provider so that you only have to pay the difference. Bookings & intake forms are done purely online, appointment reminders are sent via email & text, staff are super responsive to cancellations & emails, and they have a ton of services, including psychotherapy, acupuncture, osteopathy and more. I even had a billing issue where I double paid and it got resolved super quickly. They are a bit more expensive than average but well worth it. Highly recommended!

I still see her for my regular check ups and i feel very comfortable with her service and advise. However, the reason I am giving her only 3 stars instead of 5 is her admin assistant. I dread calling the office as either she will never pick up or needs few voice messages to finally return my calls. And when she does, she will put me on hold and never apologize my long waits. While I truly appreciate all that she does and I truly try to understand that she is very busy, this has been going on for very very long time : 13+ years. You would expect that this office would address the busyness and the phone, customer service etiquette.

Mary Melchior seems to be an excellent ob/gyn. She is friendly and oftentimes funny which puts you…read moreat ease. She's down to earth and easy to talk to if you're one to ask questions (I hope you are with ANYONE who has your health needs in mind). The one problem is her availability and the method her office uses. Leaving messages that rarely get returned is not what patients want especially, when one is frightened and needs to hear a human voice. I don't mind leaving messages but, when days or weeks go by and your messages aren't returned or returned when you are not by your phone, it's worrisome. This office needs the phones answered during regular office hours...if you can figure that one out that is. It's unclear to me as a patient how to get through or what the office hours really are. M. Melchior is one busy doctor but, that's no reason why calls can't be returned within the stated time frame. Perhaps more staff is needed and regular hours set fully? I don't know. I just know that it's not a secure feeling.

She also recommended a few products for daily use that would help improve my skin. It's a year later and my acne isn't gross anymore :)

Bloodwork every other week and keep adjusting my medications but to no avail, nothing was working. I was fed up. It was suggested I go to see Dr. Miranda as she specializes in hormones. I had never been to a Naturopathic Doctor before and I was skeptical until I met with her and she told me that there were other tests that were more reliable for thyroid function than what my family doctor had done. Now after a few months of treatment I am feeling normal again, my thyroid is under control and I can get on with my life. I wish I had known about this sooner. Thank you!

Although my intake appointment was over quickly, I did not feel rushed and had the time to communicate a full description of my symptoms, my questions and concerns. He gave me a cortisone shot right there and it seems to be doing the trick. I appreciated that he was willing to give me a cortisone injection right there at my intake visit, because many specialists ask you to make a separate appointment for any treatment. While he observed that these injections may be effective for a while, surgery is definitely in the future. I feel quite confident that I am with the right doctor! So far, the injection that he gave me is helping manage the pain immensely. I will update this review as new events (such as surgery) unfold.

I got results from seeing her. Plus, I can always call her whenever I need too.
