So I've been planning my baby shower from Miami, where I currently live. Decided to throw it in Los Angeles cause my friends and family are there. The weather kept changing from sunny to rainy by the day, I wasn't sure if I needed to buy a tent or not. Bianca went ahead and got some tents just in case. The theme was Baby in Bloom and all outdoor venue. Then she got venue before I did. The host of the venue assured me the place would be cleaned before. Well, of course it wasn't. Mind you, I paid an extra hour for set up. Bianca messaged me took pictures of how messy it was so I can show the host and she just started cleaning (which is not her job) but she was extremely determined to not let me down. When I got there I was overwhelmed. She asked if she can make decisions regarding the layout. I said please! Help haha. She made the whole venue fabulous, she even brought some heaters for the guests. And thank goodness she brought those tents!! Everything she suggested was on point. Her experience and expertise was greatly appreciated. They were fast to set up. On time. And extremely nice and accommodating. Bianca and her team treated me like family. Because of her, I ended up having my dream baby shower! Thank you Bianca and her team!! I highly recommend!!

    BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS PLACE/ LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION…read more I'm going to go in to details because I think it's important to know how long this person had to prevent this situation. I came across this company on Instagram I was drawn to the variety of things and services this company had to offer so I went ahead and secured deposit the date with Rita (aka the business owner) for a baby shower I was planning, I was able to book on April 29 2021 for May 29 2021. Knowing her company was close to South Gate made things convenient since she's not too far but due to some circumstances i had to move it to a park. So I reached out 2 weeks before the party and expressed my concern to Rita that I had moved the party to a park which is 41 miles away from her location. She said she was unsure and would give me an answer in 4 days so I waited and asked if she was up for it if not I would have hire someone else. Rita got back to me saying that we were good to go and the last thing we discussed was who was going to be waiting at the park for delivery. The day of the party arrives and i woke up to a notification from Venmo returning me all my money with a small message saying " refund no same day pick ups cancellation due to park needing permit". I saw this message highly confused knowing I had called the park several times and asked a bunch of questions about what was allowed at the park and what wasn't. I even expressed it was from a rental company. After I saw that message I replied and said "what? the park said there was no need for a permit" she then proceeded to tell me "We called and they said we cannot do commercial tents we will get fined and We have gotten fined before and pick up is before 8 pm". Never did the park express this to me besides the tent being a certain size and even if that was the case she could have reached out and follow through with the rest of the things I had rented out like tables and chairs which are more important then a tent. I called Rita a few times which she never picked up and never did I received a call back nor an apology instead she did the most cowardly thing and hid away from the situation. Now as for someone who works for a rental company I would never take it upon myself to take a job I could not complete and be forward and honest with the costumer ahead of time. Unlike Rita she is unprofessional and when it comes to communicating she will often give you the runaround, I feel she overbooks herself. She also gave me the wrong phone number when trying to send her money which locked my bank account for 3 days because it suspected Fraudulent activity and when I told her this she started having a menacing attitude. I then asked her to confirm her number and sure enough she had given me the wrong one. Even tho it may seem she follows through with work online I would be careful hiring this company. What she did was unforgivable and put me in a stressful situation and this could happen to you. Thankfully I was able to get what I needed elsewhere and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
