Housing Authority had to come in and condemn the place because they refused to do anything. Stole my property and then threatened to evict me when I said I was going to call the cops to try and get it back. They must not have enough money to fix places or buy their own tools. So so sad why people like this are allowed to manage property is beyond me so this is just a fair warning to anybody that might be considering renting off these people.

This company, also known as BHF enterprises deserves no stars! They will rip you off and pretend…read morelike they are a family oriented business! do not believe it! Do not rent to them because they are close to Frostburg's campus. They will take your security deposit and when it comes time to vacate, claim existing damages were done by the student. They will not accommodate an exit date to do your inspection when you move out. They will only do the inspection after you move out and if you are not local, who wants to camp at a hotel or drive back to Frostburg no less? The building is run down and not updated for the money you are spending. They will not give you a move out inspection the day you move like the rest of reputable companies. Don't think about suing because their courts are all for the companies in Frostburg. They don't care what evidence you have~ Make sure you are there for your walk through or you can forget it! take pictures and video the day you move in stay for that inspection because they will lie on you~ the courts will not take money out these folks pockets. Go elsewhere. They make their living by keeping your deposits!
