I always have trouble spending the entire amount of the card, as well. Sigh. The facility and the staff are great. They welcome you warmly and are efficient at getting you checked in and ready to go. The study rooms can sometimes be chilly, so be sure to bring a jacket. With the construction in the area, it can seem difficult to get to the building. Just follow the (yellow brick - LOL) road down and around, and you'll find it. They pay very well for the studies and tests, so this is a great place to make some cash while sharing your thoughts and opinions on products and concepts.
