I booked a tiger bounce house more than 2 months in advance for my son's 7 year old party. 4 days before the event I received an email saying they weren't able to service my event. First of all an email is an unacceptable way to inform someone of this. Second of all, if this company realized a double booking mistake only 4 days ahead of event than they have a horrible record keeping system. Finally, I called them numerous times and sent an email and now nearly 2 days later haven't heard a response or explanation. Thank goodness USA Inflatables came to my rescue and they will be bringing me the tiger bounce house that MN Bounce and Jump should have done. read more
