The person who contacted me was extremely apologetic, offered a substitution, and refunded my order, even though I didn't really think that the substitution was a very big deal. Obviously customer service is very important to them. Sometimes these things happen, but it's always wonderful to see a business that goes above and beyond to make sure that its customers are happy and get what they pay for. Would definitely patronize (and pay full price) again.

I ended up picking up an air plant as a souvenir for myself. Looking through them, the air plants (depending on the type of air plant) range from $6 to $12. From examining each plant, they all look healthy. Although, the one i got had some brown leaves on it but i was able to keep it alive. Overall, I recommend this place for any plant parents out there.
