The process of returning their clothes is easy, BUT plan on waiting 5 WEEKS for a refund from the day that you ship your item back. In this day and age it is unacceptable. They also don't have the option of reaching a customer service rep (human being) by phone, and they don't have an online chat on their website. The only way to reach a customer service rep is via email. They do respond to emails, but only repeat their returns policy that is stated on their website. I feel sad making this review, especially considering they are a SoCal business, but they need to do better.
