I have never written a negative Yelp, but in this situation I'm very disappointed. I left Rit 2 phone messages to setup an appointment with him for tax preparation and he didn't return my calls. My husband went to Rit's office. Rit was busy with a client and told my husband his rates were going up and would call him later. He called my husband back and told him he was too busy to do our taxes this year. It would have been nice if Rit could have returned my first call and told me this. We had a good relationship with Rit for the past years that he has been preparing our taxes and don't understand why he treated us poorly. Not good business ethics and I would never refer or contact Rit again. I guess we are going to spend the weekend with Turbo Tax. Maybe a cheaper and more dependable option! read more
