His company guarantees cooling, plumbing, electrical & ventilation but sadly we didn't experience this quality of work. We are first-time home buyers and we sadly had the worst experience with Wayne Beasley. We asked for a refund after making him aware of all these issues and he refused and told us "how was he supposed to know?" & as a home inspector he SHOULD know. It is his job to know these things, that is why we paid $325 to have him inspect our home so that when we move in we don't have these issues. Sadly we had these issues and he was unwilling to make things right and sees nothing wrong with doing this to our family.
