I could have picked up 2 random people from the street and it would have been the same. Their dolley had a flat tire so they used my plastic flimsy dolley, and otherwise carried everything by hand making more trips than needed if they would've had a cart. The way they handled the financial issue was made me very uncomfortable. They got all quiet and went back to their van to eat sandwiches until they knew they were getting paid. Not how you behave in the customer service industry. The way the truck was packed was nothing like how I had it packed professionally before and everything was moving around while driving. The guys who unloaded were surprised that I didn't pack it myself and it was professional movers. The men who unloaded from Integrity Movers were professional, friendly, and they were done unloading in just over half an hour and they used protectors for the floors/doorways (which you didn't, because again, you are not actual professionals). Charged me just over 200 dollars rather than close to 500, I mean I know unloading goes quicker but not by that much. (No 4 hour minimum either). So yeah, you can refund 35 dollars for 15 minutes, (which the guy said they go by half hour increments not 15 minutes, can you get your story together so it's not a gongshow?) But it's not going to change the fact I would not recommend your company.
