Couldn't tell you how these storage units are. I can't even get one. I have been down there 5…read moretimes. Once to check it out. the other 4 to try and rent a space. You absolutely can't get a hold of anyone. The person never calls your back. I don't know what the previous reviewer did to get a hold of someone, but it just doesn't happen. twice the self service kiosk was down and twice I tried to call for more info and couldn't get anybody. I left 4 messages with no returned call over almost 2 weeks. Update: I ended up trying to get a unit here through their Kiosk. Everything went ok until I was supposed to get a lock for my unit that it allowed me to pick out. I didn't get one and when I pushed the button to talk to someone you couldn't hear them over the fan. I had to yell and put my ear against the speaker just to hear her. Oh and I had to go through 4 people because I kept getting cut off. Finally the girl told me the reason I didn't get a lock is because there weren't any units available even though it let me pick out one of two empty ones.. Now I have to wait for the manager to never call me back and I need a storage unit now.. update: The manager has yet to call me back. I had to scramble and find other smaller storage sheds to use. I called the credit card and stopped payment and I am filling these reviews out everywhere I can find so that other people will know not to use this scam of a business.

They are also pleasant, cordial, and very pleasant to be around. Mike confirmed our date and time and even called to make sure we were on schedule. They arrived as scheduled ready to work and unload our precious cargo . We had a total of 3 large rental trucks that needed to be unloaded at our new house. They worked efficiently and unloaded both "box" trucks in the planned time. Since we ended up moving more things than we expected, we had another truck that needed to be unloaded. That was the truck with most of our furniture! Mike and company agreed to come back the next day when we were all rested and fresh to finish the job. I cannot recommend Mike enough. You certainly get your money's worth with these guys. Unfortunately, we have decided that we are never moving again or I would hire them in a minute! Thanks Mike!

Had a Zoom video meeting of each room with Anthony to view our belongings…read more Also given him a written list of what was to be moved, therefore he had no suprises and could get a very accurate estimate. He sent a contract for $11,200 which I thought was fair. I asked several times if there were any "hidden fees" and if that price included the entire move. The answer each time by Anthony was YES. The moving team got to our old home and packed (the actual movers were great). However, they left many items unloaded in the truck when they left for our destination (a 10 hr. drive). After they unloaded, I called Anthony to find out when they would load the rest of our items and deliver them. He wanted a seperate contract signed charging us an additional $6,000 for the items (so roughly an additional 1/3 for a few items!!!) I told hime NO! The price of the original contract was for the move of the entire home! Now we are in a time constraints to get the rest prior to selling our home. My husband has no choice but to drive 10 hrs. and figure out a way to get the rest. Total SCAM!

I contacted Abates and they agreed to help me. I gave them a window of 1 -3 pm as my estimated time of arrival in Morgantown. The owner contacted me at 1 pm and asked where I was. I reiterated that I would be there between 1 - 3 pm and the traffic was heavy due to it being a holiday weekend. I stated again that I would call when I was one hour away. At this time, I asked him again if I could count on him to assist me. He said yes, he would be available. I called him at 3 pm and said I was an hour away. I arrived at 4:30 pm. I went to the customer's house to let them know I was there. When I arrived, the customer stated that someone from Abates had already been there. The owner also told me he had been by. I did not authorize him to go to the customer house before my arrival. He had stated that it was a full 1 bd apartment and that when I finish packing and loading my truck and get to the piano, I can call him. I reiterated to him, that it was just the piano that I needed help with. After I spoke with the customer, I went back out to my truck and attempted to reach him without any luck. After my calling him 5 times, he finally responded via text saying he was on the other line and said it was too late - he would not be able to make it. This resulted in me not being able to pick up the piano, I had to return my advance for this job and lost the deposit for the piano crate. I drove 5 hours to pick it up, I had to get a hotel, I drove 5 hours back. This was not professional at all - all he had to do was tell me at any point that he was not available and I would have looked for other help. It is very hard to find help at 5 pm on the day before a holiday.

Frankly, we were nervous about my son's move from Avon, CT to Lander, WY. After searching for a…read morenumber of alternatives, including renting a Uhaul or hiring a moving company, we settled on UPack. Everything went absolutely fine. The truck was delivered to our home in Avon. We spent 3 days or so packing the truck and locking his belongings behind a barrier. It was picked up for delivery to Lander, WY on schedule. In approximately one week, my son had a rendezvous with the truck in Lander. After unpacking for 2 or 3 days, the empty truck was picked up. No extra charges, no surprises, everything arrived safely and unscathed. Very pleased overall. Everything promised was delivered.

These units are not climate controlled at all. I went around the building and there are no signs of any heat source. I moved everything out of there that day. I have called multiple times and sent multiple emails about getting my security deposit and months rent I prepaid back. No response yet. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to claim and pay for a storage unit online without having to go to the office. And I was able to sign the rental contract and receive the gate code digitally as well. The hours were 24/7 so I was able to drop off/pickup my things according to my availablity. There were also fixed cameras which made me feel confident in the security of my belongings being stored here. The price was absolutely fair for the value I was presented with the overall storage unit and secure location.

While I was drying my clothes, the attendant, Natalie, approached me as I was about to put in a damp towel from swimming that hadn't been washed yet. She kindly explained their policy that nothing can go into the dryers unless it goes through their washers first. It was a rule I hadn't thought of, but after a few seconds of consideration, I couldn't agree more. It's exactly why the place stays so immaculate. Natalie explained the policy in a very kind way, and then she went completely above and beyond--she offered to pay for an express wash (15 minutes) for the towel! As I was heading back to my vehicle to get laundry soap, she met me with a cup of detergent. Furthermore, when I was taking the towel out of the washer, she intercepted me again and paid for the dryer. It is for this exact reason that I rate this place 5 stars. I will gladly pass several other laundromats just to return to this one. Again, 5 stars!
